Are you driving home to Christmas? Motorway drivers near Dublin cheered up by car covered with fairy lights

  • Paul McMurray was travelling north on M1 towards Balbriggan (Co Dublin).
  • On the other side of the carriageway, he saw a SUV lit up with fairy lights.
  • Reddit was where he posted the video, which was widely shared across the web.

A motorist from Ireland was caught bringing joy to other drivers by covering his SUV in Christmas lights and putting it on the road outside Dublin.

While the dark-colored SUV made its way through the M1 motorway, the bright-white lights swarmed the vehicle with thousands of bulbs as they travelled along the inner lane.

Paul McMurray was heading northbound along the motorway, when he hooted to the motorist.
