The father of Rust cinematographer Halyna Hutchins slammed Alec Baldwin (pictured) over his role in her death, saying he was at least 'partially responsible'

Halyna Hutchins (pictured) was furious at Alec Baldwin’s role in Halyna’s death. She said he was at most ‘partially responsible.

The father of Rust cinematographer Halyna Hutchins slammed Alec Baldwin for accidentally shooting his daughter dead, saying the star was at least ‘partially responsible’ for the killing.

Anatoly Androsovych stated to The Sun that Baldwin clearly fired the shot with his hand. It’s difficult for me to comprehend how he can be partially responsible for my daughter’s death.

Alec is acting strangely.

Baldwin claimed that Hutchins was killed by the gun he used, but he didn’t pull the trigger.

Androsovych explained that the revolver “is the gun type which doesn’t fire immediately after the trigger is pressed” and Alec was partially responsible.

Baldwin (63), questioned his motives for deleting a series of tweets that he had sent following the tragedy.

“Why did he delete his twitters after it was clear that the filming was in rehearsal?” He stated. “And why did he fire that shot during preparations?”

Androsovych, a Ukrainian who served as a submarine captain, also shared that he is worried his 9-year-old grandson, Anrdos, may not ‘ever fully recover’ from the incident.

He said that although Andros was slowly coming back to life, it is a huge loss for us all.

Halyna Hutchins' (pictured with her husband Matthew and son Andros) father said he doesn't understand Baldwin's claim that the gun that killed Hutchins went off without him pulling the trigger. He said: 'I can't understand the behavior of Alec'

Hutchins (center), who was shot and killed by Baldwin at a New Mexico rehearsal, Oct. 21, 2013, died.

Androsovych’s remarks came days after Baldwin had denied asking for a bigger Colt gun just before shooting Hutchins at the Rust set on October 21.

Baldwin refuted the claims in a Twitter tweet sent Thursday after New Mexico’s Sante Fe sheriffs issued a search warrant against his iPhone.

Actor 63 years old tweeted a Newsweek article claiming that he requested a larger gun prior to the accident shooting.

Baldwin said, “This is in fact a lie,” and he wrote it over the link.

The choices I made regarding the props used in RUST were made before film production even began. He also stated that it was false to suggest that changes had been made “before fatal shooting”.

Santa Fe sheriffs request a search warrant which allows police to inspect all text messages, photos, and stored data on the iPhone of the suspect as part their investigation.

According to the warrant, Baldwin claimed that he sent emails to Hannah Gutierrez Reed about the type of gun he wanted to use in the film.

Finally, they settled on the Colt.45 pistol.

For the scene, the actor was given the pistol antique and told it was “cold” – not loaded.

Alec Baldwin is seen on October 21, after speaking to investigators about the fatal shooting of Halyna Hutchins. Baldwin's phone is now being sought by the team probing Hutchins's death

After speaking with investigators regarding the shooting death of Halyna Utchins, Alec Baldwin was seen October 21. Team members investigating the death of Hutchins are now looking to Baldwin’s mobile phone.

In rehearsal for a scene, he pulled out his gun. He said in an interview on ABC December 2 that he hadn’t pulled the trigger. However, the gun fired anyway.

Hutchins was a 42 year-old cinematographer. He was then shot and killed. Joel Souza (director of the film) was also shot in the shoulder but survived.

It’s not known why New Mexico police took so long to seize Baldwin’s mobile phone.

He has maintained that he fully cooperated in the investigation and has not been arrested.

Baldwin spoke to ABC’s George Stephanopoulos on December 2. He stated that he never pulled the trigger but did not regret it. Also, he claimed that he does not feel guilt for doing nothing wrong.

“I let go the hammer. Bang. The gun explodes. All are shocked. They’re shocked. It was loud,” he stated.

Baldwin spoke out about his grief at Hutchins’s passing and paid tributes to Hutchins as a brilliant cinematographer, great person and filmmaker.

Hutchins was captured just seconds after crew members entered a church to practice a scene.

Stephanopoulos told him he hadn’t known she had died until many hours later. Stephanopoulos captured his interview in Santa Fe, where he was photographed in Santa Fe’s Sheriff’s Parking Lot.

He stated that people in the know have told him that it was ‘highly unlikely” that he would face criminal prosecution.

Baldwin stated to Stephanopoulos that someone was responsible for the events.

Baldwin’s on-set version of tragedy

“I am just showing.” Then I ask, “How do you think that could be? Is that possible? Is that what you are seeing? Are you able to see it?

“Then she said, “Yeah, that was good.”

“I let go the hammer. Bang. The gun explodes. All are shocked. They’re shocked. It’s loud. It’s loud.

“Nobody was there – it was meant to be empty.” It was said that I had been given an empty pistol.

They were cosmetic rounds. A flash round is all that was needed.

“She went down,” I thought to myself, “Did her faint?”

“The thought that the live round could be found in this gun didn’t dawn on me until about 45 minutes to an half hour later.

He said, “Well, she is lying there, and I say, “Did she get hit with wadding?” Is there a blank?

“I have never pulled the trigger.” No, no, no. That would be impossible.

“The gun was meant to be empty. It was said that I had been given an empty pistol.

‘Nobody gave a f*** who you are any more until this. He said that you see many people now with their phones in coffee shops, and that they are filming them.

“Honest to God. If I believed I was responsible, I may have committed suicide.” This is something that I do not lightly say.

Also, he took aim at President Donald Trump’s media foe, whom he played on Saturday Night Live. He suggested that Trump ‘loaded his gun’.

“He claimed that I deliberately did it. You think it can get more absurd, but here is the President of the United States commenting on the tragic circumstances.

Baldwin posted a picture to Instagram of himself holding one of his young children after the interview was aired.

“No matter how difficult it is for me. Whatever I go through. Anything, win or loss. Anything. I will never let anyone take the joy and love that you gave me, @hilariabaldwin,” he wrote.

These are difficult times. The air is suffocating with hate. You have given me reason to live. My only concern is my family and our lives together. You can’t ask for anything else. That is all I owe you.

Baldwin described the aftermath of the October 21 accident in great detail. The gun came to Baldwin as he was shooting a scene in the church where he was working on the movie.

“She is trying to get me to place the gun. Everything follows her instructions. To her mark, I draw the gun. I am not shooting towards the camera lens. I am shooting off. In her direction. She directed the shot.

Baldwin said hecocked his gun and was discussing how the camera looked with Hutchins.

I’m simply showing. “I’m just showing.” I say, “How’bout that?” Is that possible? Is that what you are seeing? Are you able to see it?  Then she says “Yeah that’s nice.”

“I let go the hammer. Bang. The gun explodes. All are shocked. They’re shocked. It’s loud. It’s loud.

“Nobody was there – it was meant to be empty.” The gun was empty. These cosmetic rounds were nothing, no charge, flash rounds or nothing.

I wondered if she had fainted. It wasn’t until 45 minutes or an hour later that I realized that the live round was in that gun.

He continued, “Well she’s lying there and I’m going to, “Did she hit the wadding?” Is there a blank? There may be a wadding within the blank round that holds the gunpowder. Wadding can sometimes come out and hit you. It could make your skin ache a bit.

“But no one could comprehend. Is it possible she had a heart attack. Remember, the notion that someone had put a bullet into the gun wasn’t even possible in real life.

“I never pulled that trigger. No, no, no. That would be a terrible thing.

Dave Halls who was an assistant director, saw Baldwin and confirmed his account through his lawyer.

He stated that he had stood for about 60 seconds over her before being ushered away. Is she still conscious? Stephanopoulos asked. Baldwin replied, “My recollection says yes.”

He stated that ‘nobody knew’ there was live ammunition until a cop showed him a photograph of the shrapnel taken from Souza’s arms.

After that, he said, ‘the anguish and insanity caused by someone putting a live bullet into the gun. The woman lay down for quite some time. I was shocked at the length of time it took to get her into a vehicle or rescue her. But they kept waiting until a helicopter came.

“And we were literally all starved by the time she took off with her.”

‘When she finally left me, I do not know how much time she was there. “She’s stable,” she kept repeating. She said that, like you don’t believe there was any live ammunition in your gun, it would be fatal.

“At the conclusion of my interview, the sheriff’s office told me that she had not made it. They told me immediately.

He said, “That was when I got outside and called my wife.”
