The apartments’ owners will be able to choose from Winch Design in London, Tillberg Design or Luttenberger Design out of Sweden.
An accompanying statement was released to the public with the renderings: “The innovative project will boast a range apartment sizes across six levels.
This will be 182m sq (1.959 sqft) in total area (148mq interior, 34mmq of veranda), increasing to 963m sq/10.365ft (602mq interior, 361mq of terrace), and the superyacht’s biggest apartment stretching over nearly the whole top deck.
The layouts and custom features of a home will be determined by the owners’ selection. They may include a personal chef, a fitness center, separate dressing rooms, and large living spaces with 360-degree views.
