Five unwise tourists put their lives at risk as they perched on crumbling cliffs, just minutes after the piles of rocks fell.
They were captured by a drone camera resting on the fragile sandstone rocks at West Bay in Dorset on Saturday afternoon.
These people are dwarfed in comparison to the 500 tonnes worth of rubble, rock and mud which, on Sunday, dramatically fell from the 120ft high cliffs featured in TV’s crime drama Broadchurch.
Coastguards warned residents to stay clear of the area as more rockfalls may occur without prior warning.
However, the visitors with their dogs and five other people walked right up to the 40ft high mound.
One of the three climbs over the huge pile, while the other two rest on the boulders against the rock face.

On Saturday afternoon, five reckless tourists were captured on drone cameras resting at the base of West Bay’s sandstone Cliffs in Dorset.
West Bay coastguards spokesmen said that the group put their lives at risk.
He said: ‘The cliffs all along the Jurassic Coast suffer from constant erosion – the one at the ‘Broadchurch’ cliffs wasn’t the only rockfall reported last week.
“As soon the weather changes, the material on the cliff can be affected.
“When one piece of it falls apart, there’s a lot of uncertainty as to whether the next section will be created shortly afterwards.”
“We recommend that the public stay away from any dangers.
“We sometimes put up temporary warnings and everyone should comply with them.
‘The cliff could fall at any time and there’s no escaping from the hundreds of tonnes of rock.’

They were dwarfed last Sunday by 500 tonnes of rubble, rock and mud, which had fallen dramatically from 120ft high cliffs featured on TV’s crime drama Broadchurch.

West Bay Coastguards spokesmen said that the group risked its lives sitting near the rubble pile.
Film footage from Sunday last week shows how the 500-tonne cliff crashed onto the shore below.
The sea is littered with debris that falls to the bottom and creates a layer of rubble, rock and mud.
West Bay, which was featured prominently on ITV’s popular crime drama Broadchurch, has been a favorite tourist spot.
It is known for its delicate cliffs, and the frequent landslips.
Charlotte Blackman (22) was a tragic 22-year-old tourist who died in a fall along the Jurassic Coast.
One of the many falls that have fallen in this area is West Bay’s latest.
One woman, who was walking on the beach when she fell debris from her shoes in May, was taken to the hospital. A huge land slip occurred further up the coast in Seatown in August.
Experts claim that the erosion of the porous sandstone cliffs, which are 180 million years old, tends to cause them to separate.
