Mark Meadows: While serving as White House Chief of Staff, Meadows reportedly communicated with officials at the state level and in the Department of Justice as part of an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election or prevent the election’s certification. 

Daniel Scavino: White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Communications Scavino was with the former President on January 5th during a discussion of how to convince Members of Congress not to certify the election for Joe Biden. M. Scavino encouraged the public to follow the March for Trump on Twitter before the 6th of January. Records show that Scavino tweeted messages from the White House January 6th 2021

Kashyap Pattel Patel had been appointed chief of staff by Christopher Miller, the Acting Secretary for Defense. On November 10, after the replacement of Mark Esper, then-Secretary to Defense Mark Esper, Mr. Patel was appointed by the former President.

Stephen Bannon According to reports, Bannon spoke with Trump on December 30, 2020 and urged him to concentrate his efforts on January 6. According to reports, Mr. Bannon attended the Willard Hotel gathering on January 5, 2021 in an attempt to convince Members of Congress not to approve the certification of election results the day after. On January 5, he was quoted saying that “all hell is going to fall lose tomorrow”.

Nicholas Luna: Luna, who served as the former President’s personal assistant, was reportedly in the Oval Office the morning of January 6th, 2021, when the former President was on a phone call to Vice President Pence pressuring him not to certify the results of the 2020 presidential election

Molly Michael Michael served as Special Assistant to the President and Oval Office Operations Coordinator, was involved in sending information about alleged election fraud to various individuals at the direction of President Trump, according to information obtained by the Select Committee.

Benjamin Williamson: Willliamson served as the Senior Advisor and Deputy to the President Mark Meadows. A former White House official allegedly contacted Willliamson during the attack on U.S. Capitol. They urged them and Mr. Meadows to issue statements condemning and responding to the attack.

Christopher Liddell The former White House Chief of Staff was seen in Washington on January 6, and had reportedly thought of resigning, but decided to stay on the White House staff ‘after much persuasion’.

John McEntee According to reports, McEntee was present at the Oval Office with Rudolph Giuliani and Justin Clark (the former President) discussing the audit process for Georgia. He listened when Mr. Giuliani proposed seizing Dominion’s voting machines due to alleged fraud. McEntee was also reported to have been involved in communication with federal officials regarding Trump loyalty. He discouraged individuals from applying for employment following the election, as this would be seen to be an admission of Trump’s defeat. According to some reports, McEntee also visited the White House January 6th. He was there with President Trump as he spoke at the Stop the Steal rally.

Keith Kellogg Vice President Pence’s National Security Advisor who reportedly participated in at least one January 2021 meeting with the former President and Pat Cipollone during which the former President insisted that former Vice President Pence not certify the election. The former President was seen at the White House watching the Jan 6th attacks unfold. He also has information on the reaction of the former President to this insurrection. It is believed that Kellogg, Lt. Gen., met with former President before and after rally at Ellipse. Then, Kellogg urged former President to issue a tweet to supporters at U.S. Capitol in order to manage the crowd.

Kayleigh McEnany:The former White House Press Secretary allegedly spoke out multiple times from the White House about fraud allegations in November 2020 elections. In the White House’s first press conference following the election Ms. McEnany stated that there were “very real claims” of fraud being pursued by the ex-President and that mail-in voting was something that was “particularly prone to fraud.” In another press conference Ms. McEnany claimed that Democrats were ‘welcoming fraud and illegal voting’. McEnany was also reported to have been present during the attack on January 6.

Stephen Miller: Former President’s senior advisor who participated by himself in spreading false information about voter fraud in November 2020, as well in encouraging state legislatures in order to influence the outcome of November 2020 by appointing alternative slates of voters.

Cassidy Hutchinson According to reports, the Special Assistant of the President for Legislative affairs was present at the White House on January 6, and was there with the former President during his speech at the ‘Stop the Steal’ rally. According to reports, she also reached out to Georgia’s Deputy Secretary for State Jordan Fuchs via phone and email regarding a visit by White House Chief Of Staff Mark Meadows in Georgia to audit election results.

Kenneth Klukowski:According to the Senate Committee on the Judiciary, Clark was the former Senior Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General. He helped to draft a letter urging certain legislatures to defer certification of the election. In the same report, it is stated that Clark reached out to Klukowski for assistance in preparing for an Oval Office meet with the ex-President on January 3rd 2021.

William ‘Bill’ Stephanieen He served as manager of the Trump 2020 reelection campaign. According to some reports, the campaign encouraged state and party officials and asked them to alter the outcome for the November 2020 election. This included asking states to defer or deny certfication of electoral votes and sending multiple lists of electoral votes directly to the United States Congress.

Jason Miller:According to the committee the senior advisor to Trump’s 2020 election campaign spread lies claiming that November 2020 was tainted with widespread fraud. Before the election, Miller claimed publicly that Democrats would “steal” the election. This message was repeated by individuals who attacked and destroyed the U.S. Capitol on January 6. In public media events, Miller claimed that Mr. Trump had rigged the election and that he coordinated with Rudolph Giuliani and Mr. Trump. Public reports also state that Miller attended an event at Washington, D.C.’s Willard Hotel, January 5th, 2021, where Stephen Bannon, Rudolph Giuliani, as well as others, discussed how to overturn the result of November 2020 elections.

Angela McCallum:Trump’s national executive assistant for 2020 re-election, who was reportedly involved in spreading false information regarding alleged voter fraud and encouraging state legislatures altering the outcome of November 2020. The recording contains a public audio of an allegedly recorded voicemail Ms. McCallum left for an unknown Michigan representative. According to the recording, McCallum asked Ms. McCallum if the Trump campaign could count on the representative. The individual replied that they had the authority and power to nominate an alternate slate of electors. This was based on purported evidence regarding widespread electoral fraud.

John Eastman An attorney who advised Trump that Vice President Pence might reject certain electors in some states to prevent Joe Biden from obtaining a majority of the Electoral College votes. Reports say that Mr. Eastman attended a briefing with nearly 300 state legislators about purported election fraud.[]Legislatives should fix this, to correct this shameful conduct and ensure that no one is putting into the White House any guy who didn’t win. According to reports, Mr. Eastman was present at the meeting held January 5, 2021 at Washington’s Willard Hotel. He spoke about the topic.

Michael Flynn: An ex-national security advisor, who was reportedly present at a meeting held in the Oval Office on December 18th 2020. Participants discussed how to seize voting machines, declare a national emergency and invoke certain national security emergency powers. They also continued spreading the lie that fraud had ruined the election of November 2020. Flynn had given a Newsmax TV interview the previous day in which he discussed seizing voting machine, foreign influence and the pretended precedent for declaring martial law and deploying troops to help’rerun the election’.

Bernard Kerik An ex-NYPD Commissioner, Mr. Kerik was reported to have attended the January 5th, 2020 meeting at the Willard Hotel, Washington, D.C.

Jeffrey Clark An ex-lawyer at the DOJ who was believed to have been involved in the attempt to disrupt the peaceful transfer power and reverse the presidential election results. As part of the Select Committee investigation into January 6, 2015 and its causes, the subpoena requests Mr. Clark’s testimony and records.
