As a chef I talk to people about food every day – in person, on Instagram and even in the street. They share their food preferences and tell me where to find the best ingredients. But the number-one topic is time – more specifically, how little they have, and how that affects what they cook and when they cook it.
It is my passion to help others cook more often. It improves everything in our lives – physical and mental wellbeing. It doesn’t matter how hard my day may be, I give myself a small gift of a home-cooked meal at night to make me feel better.
