In this declaration, she said that “I confirmed the Times’s report on Mr. Spears’s extensive, surveillance attempts, including Ms. Spears’s attorney-client communication and private conversations within her bedroom,”

Britney’s lawyer stated at the time that the accusations’magnify’ the necessity to suspend Mr. Spears instantly.

A lawyer representing Jamie Spears stated to the Times that all of her actions fell within the limits of authority given him by the court. Britney’s court-appointed attorney and/or court were informed and consented to his actions.
