Two people were seriously hurt in a horror collision between a Kent ambulance and a cement truck.
Just after 8 p.m. last night, paramedics, firefighters and police were called to Sevenoaks’ coastbound carriageway on the A21.
Teams of crash scene investigators spent hours freezing in order to collect evidence. Laser scanners were used by specialists to recreate the accident.
The dashcam footage of the vehicles is believed to be recovered, however police want to hear more from those who saw the accident.
As the clean-up and investigation continue, it is likely that the road will be temporarily closed.
After a collision between an ambulance-sized cement truck and an ambulance, police were dispatched at 8.16pm.
The incident resulted in four people being injured, two of them seriously.
Following the collision in Sevenoaks Kent, the front of the ambulance has been crushed.
The Serious Collision Investigation Unit has begun an investigation. They are looking for anyone who may have dashcam footage from before the incident.
Anybody who saw the collision will also be asked to call officers
Road closures have been put in effect and motorists are asked to verify their routes before they travel.
A Kent Police spokesperson said that witnesses and dashcam footage were being sought after a collision near Sevenoaks on the A21 coastbound carriageway.

According to the report, four people sustained injuries in the incident. Two of these were serious. An air ambulance was present.
“Officers from Serious Collision Investigation Unit are currently conducting an investigation. We’re asking anybody with footage of this incident using a dashcam to get in touch.
The collision was witnessed by anyone who is being asked to get in touch with officers.
Road closures in force and motorists asked to confirm their route prior to travelling.
