Court documents obtained by DailyMail.com show that one of Ghislaine Maxill’s accusers is set to testify at the sex trafficking trial. He will describe a’repugnant’ sexual act committed by Jeffrey Epstein.
This woman is referred to as “Minor Victim 3” and will describe her encounter with the billionaire sexual predator as evidence of their sexual preferences for underage girls and young women.
Maxwell’s attorneys, however, have protested the inclusion of testimony. They argued that Maxwell was too old to consent.
Defense claims that Maxwell could be convicted by the jury based upon a moral judgment of his sexual activities which was completely legal.

Ghislaine Maxiwell’s sex-trafficking trial is in its final stages of selection. The jury will be announced on November 29.

DailyMail.com obtained court records that showed Maxwell’s accuser would testify in support of Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged’repugnant sexual act’. Jeffrey Epstein is the British socialite accused of having sex with young girls.
Attorneys for Maxwell have redacted the exact nature of the sexual act in a letter. Maxwell is charged with recruiting and trafficking girls under the age of 18 for Epstein.
After reviewing submissions from both the prosecution and defense, Judge Alison Nathan ruled in favor of the motion.
Minor Victim 3 is believed to be British. She met Epstein in 1994, when she was 17 years old.
According to indictment Maxwell “groomed and befriended” the London-based girl and made arrangements for Epstein to receive’multiple’ sexualized massaging sessions.
The prosecutors wrote to the court claiming that it was obvious that the woman could be reasonably described as “victims of alleged sexual misconduct”, and that her testimony supports conspiracy charges.
Maxwell’s lawyers however argued that Maxwell’s testimony should be disregarded because the evidence could bias the jury, given her age in the UK (16 years) and she had not consented to it.
They stated that they were ‘candid’ about Epstein’s sexual preference for young girls, and Maxwell’s purported knowledge.

Maxwell’s attorneys are opposing including the testimony. They argue that Maxwell was too old to consent.

Maxwell, 59, who is accused of procuring underage girls for pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, is set to stand trial on sex trafficking charges on November 29. She has pleaded no guilty to all charges
The letter said that prosecutors have ‘frequently pointed to a particular anecdote in Accuser-3’s testimony in which she claims that…’ followed by a redacted section.
The filing, after the redacted text has been removed, states that although some might find it morally repugnant or offensive, it is legal and doesn’t in any way create a “sexual preference” for girls under 18.
“Moreover, to the point the government wants to introduce Accuser-3’s proof to show Epstein’s sexual preference for young girls’ – which would include young women but above the age that consent such as Accuser-3 – this would lead to misleading the jury to convict Maxwell based a moral judgment on sexual activity, which in the case Accuser-3 was totally legal.

The Ghislaine Maxwell case is being presided over by Judge Alison Nathan
Maxwell’s attorneys stated that, if Maxwell does not give evidence, jurors must be informed of the date she consented to testify in each jurisdiction where she is alleged to have been trafficked.
These include Florida and the US Virgin Islands, where Epstein owned a private island, as well the UK. This is the first public disclosure of the extent of the abuse against Minor Victim 3.
In a letter to Maxwell, the prosecution stated that Maxwell was guilty of the “core” of the conspiracy and therefore the evidence of the woman was admissible.
According to the prosecution, Epstein and the defendant did not check victims’ identities at the door in order for them to prove that they were over the age of consent at whatever location.
Epstein’s sexual obsession with girls at night did not turn off at midnight, 17 years ago. It did however switch on and off whenever his plane entered jurisdictions of different ages.
Epstein and defendant engaged in an extensive conspiracy to recruit girls in sexual abuse cases in various jurisdictions, with different ages.
Maxwell, now 59, has denied all charges against her. They relate to the period 1994-2004.

Virginia Roberts Giuffre won’t be testifying at Maxwell’s trial, but she will give off-the-record briefings for reporters. In the past, she claimed that Andrew forced her to have sex. All sexual accusations against the Duke of York have been consistently refuted by him

Giuffre, right with Prince Andrew, has been Epstein’s loudest accuser but she won’t be testifying in the case of Ghislaine Maxiwell. As a teenager, she claimed to have been a victim in Epstein’s sex trading ring.
Maxwell is expected to be testified against by at least four people, three of whom will remain anonymous.
According to reports, Virginia Roberts Giuffre is not one of Epstein’s most prominent accusers. However, she will testify against Maxwell in Maxwell’s trial, naming the names of the people who were involved in Epstein’s trafficking scheme.
It’s not clear yet why she has not been called to testify.
Giuffre, who has been openly speaking out about the abuse over many years, said Maxwell is ‘pure evil. Epstein was a sickpedophile. Maxwell was his mastermind.
She claimed, in various media interviews and depositions, that Epstein along with Maxwell trafficked she to powerful men.
They include Prince Andrew; Alan Dershowitz, ex-Governor of New Mexico Bill Richardson, and George Mitchell, Democratic Senate Majority Lead; Marvin Minsky (MIT Computer Scientist); Jean-Luc Brunel cofounder of MC2 Model Agency.
Alle allegations were strongly and consistently denied by the men.
According to Vanity Fair, Giuffre will not be taking the stand but is believed to plan to hold off on-the-record briefings from Australia for journalists throughout the trial.
Maxwell could be sentenced to 80 years imprisonment if convicted in her sex trafficking case.
Expect the trial to last until January mid-January.
