Facing the rest of her life behind bars, Ghislaine Maxwell has one option to significantly reduce the time she will be ordered to serve — flip on the big names who have been linked to Jeffrey Epstein.
Short of a surprise win on appeal — which the Maxwell family says they have already started — telling the true story behind Epstein’s friendships with the rich and famous could be her only chance of breathing free air again.
Epstein is a close associate of former presidents Bill Clinton (and Donald Trump), Queen Elizabeth’s second child Prince Andrew, star lawyer Alan Dershowitz and Bill Richardson (ex-cabinet member and New Mexico governor). One-time Senate Democratic leader George Mitchell was also a part of the Epstein family.
Woody Allen, 85, Chris Tucker, 50 and Kevin Spacey, both 62 years old, were also friends of him. However, they are not accused in any way of being impropriety.

Jeffrey Epstein developed a strong relationship with Bill Clinton during the 1990s. He visited him at least 17 times at the White House in his first term.
Six days of deliberate work later, six members of a jury made the following verdict: six men and six ladies convicted the British socialite of five out of six charges. The other charge was that of enticing a minor to travel with the intent of engaging in illegal sex acts.
Maxwell could also shed some light on Epstein’s affair with Les Wexner (billionaire Victoria’s Secret boss), whose patronage has made Epstein, an ex-maths and physics teacher, immensely wealthy.

Maxwell, 60, is the only person who knows the full truth of whether any of those men were involved in anything more than hobnobbing with the charismatic millionaire — and telling all could be her only leverage to keep her out of prison until she is a very old woman.
Judge Alison Nathan has not set a date for Maxwell’s sentencing, so she has time to consider her strategy — but the now-convicted felon would have to convince the FBI that she is telling everything she knows about everyone to have any chance of winning time off her sentence.
Jeffrey Pagliuca, Maxwell’s lawyer, stated in 2019 that the documents in an Epstein-related civil case were sealed by Virginia Giuffre. These records contained “dozens, if not hundreds” of names.
Prince Andrew is one of the prominent figures who have been linked to Epstein. However, he denies any wrongdoing.

Epstein’s address file was another topic he mentioned, with approximately 1,000 names.
Some of them are quaking at Maxwell’s suggestion that Maxwell could rat them out.
Many of these men denied their friendship with Epstein.
Prince Andrew, aged 61, has denied ever having any kind of relationship with Giuffre. Giuffre claims that Giuffre made her sleep with him. He claimed that he cannot recall seeing the pair together in 2001 with Giuffre’s arm around his waist.
He said that he had been at Pizza Express the night of the incident and went to Tramp in London with his then-teenager.
A series of legal maneuvers have also been used by him to stop a civil suit that Giuffre (38), has filed against him in Colorado. His lawyers claimed that the Colorado court does not have jurisdiction because she is now living in Australia.
Above Epstein and Alan Dershowitz, one of America’s most respected legal professionals is shown. Dershowitz (83) has threatened to sue any newspaper that published Epstein’s accusation that Virginia Roberts Giuffre had sexually assaulted him.

Donald Trump was photographed alongside Maxwell and Epstein at many events during the 1990s. He later denied wrongdoing, and said that he was not a fan of the former president.
After Maxwell’s arrest in 2019, intense scrutiny was placed on the extent of The Clintons relationship with Epstein. Photos showing Ghislaine at Chelsea Clinton’s 2010 wedding were rediscovered.
Both Trump and Clinton, both aged 75, insist that they didn’t do anything inappropriate. Trump who in 2002 called Epstein “a terrible guy” who was “lots of fun and enjoyable to be with”, changed his mind by 2019, saying he was no fan of Epstein.
Dershowitz (83) has threatened to sue every publication reporting Giuffre’s allegations of sexual assault against her.
She counter-sued him, claiming that her claims were “lies, disparagement and defamation” and that harassment was ‘above the limits of decency. It is not acceptable in civilized societies.
Giuffre also accuses Epstein, Maxwell and Richardson of selling her to Richardson. Richardson is 74. Richardson said he’d never witnessed Epstein with minor girls.
After she had accused Mitchell of a meeting with Giuffre and speaking to him, former Maine senator Mitchell also denies ever having spoken or met Giuffre.
Wexner (84) has never been charged with being more than Epstein’s primary benefactor.
He claimed that Epstein had misappropriated large sums from him and his loved ones shortly before Epstein died.
Epstein, Maxwell and Jean-Luc Brunel are seen together on Epstein’s plane. Brunel was due to be scrutinized for his close connections with Epstein. He was charged by French prosecutors in 2020 with the rape and sex of minors.
Photo evidence showed Maxwell affectionately kissing the pedophile. Many people have said that Epstein was their boyfriend or girlfriend, and Ghislaine their girlfriend.
Epstein has also been associated with Bill Richardson, a former cabinet member who was governor of New Mexico and Les Wexner founder of L Brands. Wexner (84) has not been charged with being more than Epstein’s primary benefactor.
In an effort to restore her image, there is speculation Maxwell might give a press interview. James Hill, an ABC journalist was summoned by Maxwell’s lawyers to interview her Wednesday during the last day of her one-month-long trial.
Hill was awarded a Murrow Award by Truth and Lies: Jeffrey Epstein for his podcast. Maxwell looked at him and smiled.
Hill spoke briefly with Hill before he returned to the seat of the press bench. Hill was back in the Manhattan courtroom just moments before Hill.
Maxwell might be trying to win sympathy by arranging TV interviews before finding out her fate.
Maxwell could spend up to 65-years in prison after she is found guilty on five out of six charges against her. The most important sentence is count 6. Maxwell was charged with sex trading Carolyn, her accuser when Carolyn was 18 years old.

This sentence carries a maximum term of 40 years imprisonment in federal prison.
The maximum sentence for three of the four guilty verdicts is five years. For the fourth, it’s a maximum of 10 years.
She is most likely to be sentenced by Judge Nathan concurrently on all five of her charges. With time allowed for good conduct and her time served, the maximum sentence could see her out before she reaches 93.
