An amazing upcycled backyard shed has been shared by a woman online. She transformed the space into a pink themed gin bar.

Rhian Alwen Evans, Wales, completed her bar’s new look with shelves and a pink floral florescent light.

The UK resident began the shed transformation by adding a Red Felt Roof and innovatively used an old broken IKEA light-fitting for the roof centrepiece.

New doors were created from scraps and Perspex windows were added to the exterior, then used pink and white paint for walls, roof, doors, floor and exterior

After transforming her back yard shed into a pink-themed Gin bar, a woman shared online the amazing transformation of the shed.

Recycled wood was used to create new doors. Perspex windows added an exterior feature.

Rhian started the pink-and-white paint job with a mixture of Dulux Weather Shield Quick Dry and Cuprinol Color Garden paint.

For extra durability, a varnish was applied to the blue-painted floor.

Rhian used what to make her backyard Gin Bar.

  • Red faux felt roof
  • Ikea light fitting
  • Wooden doors
  • Dulux Weather Shield Quick-Dry paint
  • Cuprinol Colour Garden Paint
  • Varnish
  • Wooden boxes
  • Sets of table and chairs
  • Sign in slate
  • Light pink
  • Fairy lights
She recycled old wooden boxes to use as shelves to store Gin bottles and with a saw cut off unnecessary parts to create ornate looks

Then Rhian painted her garden bistro set of table and chairs in complementary pink and blue shades and added lights.

In memory of her best friend, she made a slate sign from scrap to finish off the Gin bar transformation.

To store Gin bottles, she used old wooden boxes as shelving and cut out any unnecessary pieces with a saw to make unique designs.

Rhian also painted her bistro set with table and chairs in complementary pinks, blues.

She finished the Gin bar transformation by hanging up lights and a repurposed slate sign to remember her friend, who died during the project.
