Think of Geri Horner’s wardrobe and the chances are one image springs to mind: Ginger Spice in a tiny Union Jack dress — a dazzling splash of colour.
However Geri, 49 — now married to Formula 1’s Christian Horner — has rarely been seen stepping out in a colour since early 2019 and instead has adopted white as a uniform for everything from the red carpet to mucking out stables.
Yesterday night the Spice Girl was inspired by Marilyn Monroe and wore a cream plunging gown with matching shawl. She was posing alongside Red Bull British Team Principal at Carrousel du Louvre.
She previously explained her decision behind wearing the colour as a ‘uniform’ telling The Sun earlier this year: ‘Everything becomes really simple. The colour is appealing to me, it feels almost like an adult school uniform.
It matches everything so I don’t need to think about it in the mornings. This is great for people who are busy. It makes it seem like you put in a lot of effort even though you really haven’t.

Backstage however, she was a fan of white and continued to wear her favorite uniform.

In the same year, Geri made it clear that she would not wear color in future.
According to The Sun, Geri said, “Geri has led a colourful life. But earlier this year, she decided that she would like her clothes to be more muted.”
“She loves white clothes. They look elegant and clean.
