Gwyneth Paltrow wants Goop readers to know that she gets it — she is aware of how ‘ridiculous’ her gift guide selections can be, but that’s what makes them ‘awesome.’
So, the Goop gift guide’s ‘Ridiculous, but Awesome’ category was created. This year, it includes more than a million products, ranging from a Chanel sled for $10,500 to a child’s play gym for $37,290.
There are other bargains that will raise eyebrows too. For example, strawberries for $50 per pack of eight, and ‘psychic schools’ for only $33 per year.
The most shocking item is the eco-friendly floating “hotel suite” that costs $535,000.
In her bubble: Gwyneth paltrow’s annual Goop Gift Guide includes a “Ridiculous, but Awesome” category that contains some extremely unique and expensive ideas
Start saving! The most expensive item on the list is a $535,000 Anthénea pod, a 560-square-foot vessel that’s like the RV of yachts
Fancy, huh? They have a bed, a rooftop area for 12 people, and fiberglass windows that provide an underwater view.
Private flying is better than private. The eco-friendly boats can be small, but they are very luxurious.
They’re very affordable: While they’re popular in hotels as suites, you can also purchase them for individuals.
Goop says the guide includes ‘all the things you can’t believe exist — and absolutely have to have’ — though the average person would probably thing the ‘have to have’ is debatable.
The million-dollar-plus total for the entire list is mostly bouyed by the $535,000 Anthénea pod, a 560-square-foot vessel that’s like the RV of yachts.
They are often used as hotel suites but can also be bought by individuals.
Cartier Clash is second on the Goop List. [Un]Limited white gold and diamond watches, with a price tag of $393,000
While nothing else on this year’s list comes with a six-figure bill, it’s still splurge after splurge — like $37,290 for children’s indoor playground equipment from the brand Circu, which sells extravagant kids’ furniture.
This kiddie gymnasium is made Wood, velvet, and gold plating. Goop says it has ‘rich mother energy’, but it is more accurate to say that it indicates a rich mom wallet.

Art fans have some options to choose from as well, including a $500 ‘Winter Rose Crytal Vessel’ by Literally Balling.
Goop spotlighted two coffee-table books for under-the tree giving. Both cost more than a pair if round-trip European flights.
‘Beyond Extravagance: A Royal Collection of Gems and Jewels’ from Assouline will set buyers back $2,250, even though there are no actual jewels included, just photos and a history of famous ones. Only 600 copies of the book have been made.
The $4,900 price tag for ‘Versailles: from Louis XIV and Jeff Koons (Special edition)’ is another coffee table book by Assouline. This one comes with an exclusive tour through Versailles, including rooms that aren’t open to the general public.

Goop also picked a few unique travel gifts — that with airfair, accomodations, activities, and meals are sure to total thousands of dollars each.
A trip is one of them. To Rajasthan, India, to see tigers. A stay in a treehouse hotel, Sweden, for $606 per day. The Home Alone 2 pacakge, at the Plaza Hotel, starts at $1,000 per night. You can also swim with sharks at Belmond Mount Nelson hotel, Cape Town, South Africa, where rates start at $500 per weekend.
However, the list does include a few gifts less than $100 like a $33/month psychic class and a $60/three month mystery-solving sub.
But at least one of those ‘bargains’ is still pretty over-the-top: Oishii berries, which are ‘rare and exceptional’ Japanese strawberries that cost $15 for a pack of three medium size, $50 for a pack of three large size, or $60 for a pack of six extra large ‘first flower’ berries.

She stated that she sleeps naked most of the time and that she and Brad Falchuck are ‘big cuddlers’ with lots of skin to skin.
She also stated that she believes having an orgasm can help people sleep.
“With an orgasm you can relax. Get in your body. You can’t be thinking about anything else when you’re having an orgasm. You’re a total mammal at that point. It’s like Mary Oliver said: “You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves,”’ she said.
