A hitman killed the brother of Real Housewives of Cheshire star in a plot to murder him, according to a judge.

Flamur ‘Alex’ Beqiri, the brother of Missé Beqiri, was killed in front of his wife Debora Krasniqi and two-year-old son at his £1.5million family home in Battersea, south London on Christmas Eve 2019.

Anis Fouad, 24, is accused of being the gunman. Tobias Andersson (32), and Estevan Munizaga (35) are also charged with killing the father-of-2.

Clifford Rollox (31) and Claude Isaac Castor (22), are both accused of perverting the course justice. They were arrested between December 24, and 28, 1998. 

Southwark Crown Court heard Mark Heywood describe the incident as “it happened in a quiet London Street.” The victim was returning to his family’s home when he was gunned down and killed.

“The evidence will prove that the firing was at close range. Multiple shots were made until the target was hit beyond all hope.

“That was evidently the intent not only of the man responsible for the murder but also those who orchestrated it.” According to the prosecution, this was their primary goal.

The Old Bailey jury was told by the perpetrators that Battersea’s murder location and timing were significant.

Mr Heywood stated that all six of the defendants (the men in your case) had a significant role to play in the events.

They represent those on the ground who performed the acts that allowed the murder to take place.

The first four defendants you have all seen standing and heard about yesterday were those who worked together to bring down the death of the victim and the aftermath.

“The prosecution alleges that the shooter is the first defendant. He was also accused of possessing and using the firearm he had with him.

“The Second, Third, and Fourth Defendants are being charged with Murder on the Ground that They knowingly Aided in this Venture, Intent to Do so.

Rollox and Isaac-Castor tried to hide the crime by disposing of evidence, according to the court.

Rollox, a British national and five Swedes appeared on the dock. An interpreter from Sweden assisted the prosecution.

Hemissi and Pino-Munizaga both from Malmo, Karaer of Stockholm, Andersson of Trangsund all deny the commission of murder. Hemissi denies possessing a prohibited firearm with regard to a selfloading pistol.

Rollox of Islington and Isaac-Castor of no fixed address deny perverting justice’s course.
