A quarter of the respondents said they would love to own a home near a gym. However, 18% want a local butcher and 17% would appreciate a nearby farm shop. The same percentage also stated that an artisan baker in the area would be a great addition.

A mere 40% would put off purchasing a property that required extensive work. 44% want a house they can personalize before moving in.
