According to a new poll, these are the ‘must haves’ for homeowners aged under 35.
A ‘sense of privacy’ is the top priority for a perfect home.
Magnolia color schemes, conservatories, and living near a grocery store are all low on the priority list.

A quarter of the respondents said they would love to own a home near a gym. However, 18% want a local butcher and 17% would appreciate a nearby farm shop. The same percentage also stated that an artisan baker in the area would be a great addition.
