Kate Middleton and her siblings Pippa and James are all believed to be moving to Berkshire, where they will live minutes away from their parents  Carol, 67, and Mike, 73.

The Middleton parents live in a seven-bedroom, Georgian property, Bucklebury Manor, that they bought in 2012 for £4.7 million. This home is 18 acres in size and named after the Berkshire village it is located.

It is now believed that the Duchess, along with her husband Prince William, 40-year-old, are planning to host a party. Their family will be moved from Kensington to Windsor, West London.

Reports claim that the Cambridges have been looking at properties within the Queen’s 655-acre Windsor estate. They are planning to move this summer. They would be within 45 minutes driving distance of Carol and Mike.

Their younger brother James, 35, and his new wife Alizee Thevenet, 32, moved to a tiny hamlet in the heart of the Berkshire countryside last year

They will pull their three children George (8, Charlotte (7, and Louis (4 years old) out of Battersea’s current prep school. All are likely to return home in September for the start of school. 

Only a few steps away from Windsor Castle or St George’s Chapel, the Grade II-listed retreat sits proudly in Berkshire’s 655-acre royal estate. 

The cottage underwent major renovations in 2015, but still boasts original features including a marble Graeco-Egyptian fireplace and a principal bedroom with a coved ceiling featuring gilded dolphins and rope ornament reused from the Royal yacht Royal George.

There are seven secure entrances and exits that lead to Windsor Castle, so everyone can go and come in privacy.

Moving to Windsor will mean that the Cambridges are only 45 minutes away from Windsor, where they can drive to visit the parents of the Duchess.

Meanwhile, it was recently reported that Pippa, who is currently expecting her third child with her Eton-educated husband, will soon live much closer to her family, following the purchase of their new Georgian mansion, which is about a 20-minute drive to her family home.

The home, which they will share with their two children Arthur, three, and Grace, one, has around 30 rooms.

It is also said to boast plenty of outdoor space, set in 150 acres of grounds that lead down to a river. 

It was subject to a meticulous multi-million-pound restoration from its former owner. 

The fact that the product was being sold was unknown.

The Georgian pile is the ex-family seat of the Middletons, who were granted this land by Henry VIII. It offers them unrivalled privacy and seclusion.
