The egg is then whisked together with almond milk, cinnamon and a pinch of salt in a large bowl.
Then she dips the croissants in the egg, milk and cinnamon mixture. This will absorb any sweet taste.
Ayeh flips both sides of the croissants to make sure they are fully coated with the cinnamon mixture.

Then, she heats the oil in a pan and adds the croissants coated to the pan.
Ayeh next flips the croissants, making sure they get evenly cooked. Then she puts them on a plate when they are golden brown.
She stacks the French Toast croissants on top and adds a large dollop of chocolate sauce.
Once they’re cooked, she turns the croissants over in the pan. Next, she places the French Toast croissants on a plate. She then adds an extra drizzle of chocolate sauce to top it all.
