Some of the greatest names in modeling from years past were present at Wednesday’s CFDA Fashion Awards, which took place in New York City.
To prove they are still capable of making a lasting impression, veterans took the Red Carpet at The Pool Restaurant.
Iman (66), Carre Otis (53), Beverly Johnson (69) and Carolyn Murphy (47) were among the greatest.

David Bowie’s widow, the crooner of China Girl, styled her raven hair with heavy bangs. Her diamond jewelry was stunning.
While holding her mini gray clutch bag, she took a solo pose.
Iman is a 66-year-old from Somalia who has posed for Gianni Versace, Thierry Mugler, Calvin Klein, Donna Karan and Yves Saint Laurent.
Two children are the star: Zulekha Haywood and Alexandria Zahra Jones.
Standing out: Carre Otis showed off her tall frame in a nicely tailored winter white suit that had a pocketed blazer and roomy slacks. Black camisoles were added to the Wild Orchid star’s outfit. She also wore long, elegant drop earrings.
Carre is 53 and an activist from Marin County. She is most well-known for her Guess campaign of the 1990s, as well as Wild Orchid’s starring role with Mickey Rourke.

She filed suit in New York Thursday night, August 17, alleging that she was raped 17 years ago by Elite Model Management executives.
