Bianca Wallace, Ioan Gruffudd, and Bianca Wallace were out for the first times since Alice Evans filed a three year restraining or against him.
The Welsh actor, 48, and his girlfriend, 29, walked arm-in-arm as they stepped out to walk their dog in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
Ioan had previously won a temporary restraining order against Alice, but on Tuesday, a US judge confirmed harsher restrictions had been put in place, including a ruling preventing Alice from leaking private text messages from their children.

Ioan was his first glimpse since the order’s restraining. He wore beige trousers, a white Polo shirt and white trainers.
As he was walking arm-in-arm, he shielded his eyes by wearing square sunglasses. He also styled his blonde hair in a sleek-back style.
Bianca highlighted her slim figure in black leggings that hugged the body and a red and white Levi’s cropped T-shirt.
The laidback look was completed by a pair black trainers, and an oversized pair of sunglasses in black.

After MailOnline exclusive revealed Ioan’s three-year stay of execution against Alice Evans (his estranged wife), the order also banned her from using his name on social media.
This is the Welsh actor hoping that the restrictions will stop the public spat between them. Their bitter split in March 2021, and subsequent slanging matches, threatened to ruin their careers.
Ioan, who was 54 years old, had won a temporary order of restraining against Alice (mother of Ella and Elsie), in February. He claimed that he received a lot messages from Alice and threatened to sue her.

However, on Tuesday, a US Judge confirmed stricter restrictions, which included an order preventing Alice’s children from sharing private texts messages.
According to a source, “Ioan could not help but uphold his legal fight against Alice.”
“She became increasingly volatile and appeared intent on ruining his career by assassinating him with her character,” he said. He hopes that this will end it.
Ioan was present at the LA court to observe the Domestic Violence Restraining Order issued, but Alice didn’t appear.
Ioan claimed that Alice was still causing him problems. He wanted to add additional clauses to the existing restraining or.

Ioan further stated in court papers that Alice “has continued to harass, threaten and disrupt the peace of my girlfriend Bianca Wallace since the restraining orders were put into place.”

Last month, The Vampire Diaries actress Alice shared a screenshot appearing to be between Ioan and one of his daughters, who is thought to be asking him to sign paperwork so that she can stay at her school – amid allegations that he stopped paying her fees.
