TikTok user Amber Ann Zink recently posted a video of her ‘obscene’ Santa Claus light display on the roof of their home after her husband apparently forgot to tie Saint Nick’s hand up so it would be waving.
Amber wrote that her husband had forgotten to tie Santa’s hands up to WAVE. The clip has been shared more than 5 million times.
“And now, it’s obscene.”
TikTok users took to TikTok’s gaffe. Fink called it ‘Just one small mistake’.

Zink’s neighbor Nicole Burdess commented, “Neighbor here.” This is completely absurd. It is fast reaching my front yard. Zink verified that Burdess was, in fact her neighbor.
In a comment, cm2036 said that he only came once per year… Let him be. This comment has been “liked” more than 706,000 time.
Many users commented on Zink’s song choice to accompany the clip, which was Maria Carey’s famous version of Santa Claus Is Coming to Town.
Benji Varnum wrote, “And that song was yours.”
Gabrielle Williams described it as “The perfect song selection.”
Bree just wrote, “Santa Claus will be coming,” emphasizing that latter with sparkle emojis.
Durex Canada also joined the fun by writing, ‘Looks as though I’m the only one who wrapped his package this Christmas.



Some users wondered if Zink was really the one who had ‘forgotten to tie Santa’s hands up so he could wave.

Katielynn shared that husbands are now taking note of what they can do to decorate the home for Christmas.
Amber then posted a reply video to Duolingo.
Her husband can often be heard asking, “Did this happen by accident?”
She asks, “Tell us the truth. Were you consciously doing it?” in this TikTok clip.
Meanwhile, her husband is seen fixing Santa’s hand to their roof light.
Amber questions him about whether he actually did it this way. To which he replies, ‘yep.
“You said it was a mistake… but not true?” Continue she says.
