Poinsettia is the cocktail hour










This is so simple to make and is an easy recipe to customise to your own taste – add a little more fizz for a lighter flourish, or a little less if it’s richness you’re after.

GARNISH Fresh cranberries

EQUIPMENTBar spoon with long handle

Cointreau 15ml

30ml Cranberry juice

Champagne, at the top

  • To a chilled glass, add the Cointreau to taste and the Cranberry Juice.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add Champagne.
  • Add fresh cranberries to the dish.

TIP Because this drink isn’t traditionally served over ice, make sure that all the ingredients are well chilled in advance.
