Scorpion is the cocktail hour










You don’t need to be terrified of this drink, just feel its thrill. It is really easy to make, and that judicious addition of orgeat makes it even more delicious than you can imagine – and there’s no sting in the tail.

ICE Crumbed

GARNISHMint sprig and orange slice

EQUIPMENT Blender

45ml 3-year-old rum

22.5ml Brandy

Freshly squeezed Orange Juice 45 ml

Fresh squeezed 15ml lemon juice

7.5% orgeat

  • To a blender, add a tablespoon of crushed ice.
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth 
  • Tap into a glass.
  • Serve with an orange slice, sprigs of mint and some chives.
