Katie Price’s ex husband told the court how Katie Price sent her a vile and negative message that left her “scared” and “vulnerable.”
Price is facing the prospect of jail today after admitting breaching a restraining order by sending a text to Kieran Hayler branding Michelle Penticost, a ‘gutter s**g’.
The message read: ‘Tell your c***ing w***e piece of s**t girlfriend not to start on me.
‘She’s got a restraining or she should not try to antagonise her. I don’t think she wants people to know that she’s having an affair behind my back. That gutter s**g.’
Price received a 5-year restraining or ban on June 3, 2019, which prohibits her from speaking with Miss Penticost either directly, nor indirectly.
Price, who hurled an abusive ‘tirade’ at Price in school’s playground row, received the order.
In her victim impact statement, Ms Penticost stated today that Price’s breached restraining or order had a “devastating impact” on her mental well-being.
She stated that the impact of Katie’s actions was very disturbing and she makes me feel intimidated.
“I am demoralized and don’t want to leave the house. It made me fearful. It was like an attack against me.
I fear she will try to harm me. I believed that having a temporary restraining order would provide me with safety, however it made me feel extremely vulnerable when it was broken.
Price’s representative Nicholas Hamblin said Price had admitted to the breach, but that she was under the impression that the restraining orders ‘worked both way’.
He stated, “She has displayed signs of remorse and accepts an indirect breach.”
Katie Price and her fiancée Carl Woods arrive at court today. She was arrested for violating a temporary restraining order. Katie sent Carl a nasty message, along with an abusive text message, to her husband. While she is serving a suspension sentence for drink driving.

Officers arrested Price at her house at 5.45pm January 21st and took her to Worthing station.
She was finally released after a twelve-hour investigation. However, officers took her mobile phone and examined it for evidence.
Crawley Magistrates Court heard Price had sent Price the “vile and horrible” message. Michelle Penticost posted an Instagram picture about dealing with those who are treating you poorly.
According to the court, there had been a history between Miss Penticost and Miss Price.
Price received a suspended sentence of 16 weeks last year after she crashed her BMW X5 in drunken driving.
Price then dodged a potential jail term in January after £7,358 fines she owed for driving offences were paid at the last minute.
A new allegation that she was speeding is now against her. It will be heard in July by the magistrates.
Price avoided prison again in early 2012 after striking an agreement to settle her bankruptcy debts.
The 44-year-old was scheduled to appear before the High Court to explain why she hadn’t paid back £2.3m she owed after being declared bankrupt in 2019.
The bankruptcy hearing for the ex-model was rescheduled after she reached an eleventh hour deal to repay the money.
It comes after Price was pictured cutting a solemn figure as she left her make-up masterclass in London after a low turnout last night.
Former glamour model, has hosted masterclasses in the UK for her fans. She also took part in an afternoon class in Leicester.
She was picked up from former Big Brother star Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace’s Fakin’ It salon by fiancé Carl Woods, 33, after the class.

As she left the shop, Price was full of pink and red gift bags as well as a handbag with a beige design.
A brown tracksuit was worn by her with a short-sleeved blouse and pink trainers.
As she made her way towards Woods’ car, the former Celebrity Big Brother winner covered her eyes with a pair sunglasses.

Price admitted earlier this year she ‘hit rock bottom’ after her horrific drink and drug- fuelled crash.
In scenes from her Channel 4 series Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion, the star breaks her silence on the crash, which saw her handed a 16-week suspended sentence and two-year driving ban.
Katie tells the camera that she ‘could have killed someone or myself’ when she flipped her uninsured BMW X5 into a hedge, while disqualified and under the influence on a country lane near the Sussex home that features in her new series.

This reality show needs work. She was taken to the centre of three episodes of the series just five days following her arrest on suspicion that she had violated her restraining orders (her home is shown before the renovations).
Katie returns to her house to continue the makeover following the September crash. The voiceover tells Katie she’s spent thirty days in a mental facility.
The camera records her saying, “I can handle a lot of stuff, stress, and pressure. I breath that.” It’s not a perfect life.
“When it hits me personally that’s when I have to deal with it. It’s a regrettable decision. I could have hurt someone. Could have been me. It’s possible that my children would not have had a mother. It’s awful.
“I had reached rock bottom.” That was my wake-up call. That was the last time I want to find myself in this situation. I’m not in the position where I feel so sad that I have to do it, hurt others and be destructive because I don’t know how I will cope.
“I decided to go see a psychotherapist for my entire life. I put up my hands and said yes, I do need some help.
