Katie Price completed a court-ordered stay in residential rehabilitation and has returned to her family. This is her next step after a September drunk driving accident.
The former glamour model, 43, originally suggested her stay at The Priory was over on Sunday by returning to social media with a photo of herself alongside son Harvey, 19, and fiancé Carl Woods, 32.
After a month-long stay, she will be reunited with her family. This was a court-ordered order that resulted from a September 28th car accident, which saw her test positive for both alcohol and Class A drug cocaine.

Katie also uploaded a photo of her mother Amy, who needed a breathing tube. Amy has terminal illness idopathic lung fibrosis, which causes scarring in the lungs and makes breathing difficult.

The details of Katie’s rehab order, as well as the allowances for leaving treatment, are not known. However, patients admitted to The Priory who have not been placed under the Mental Health Act are permitted to leave the facility at their own discretion.
The social media star is making a comeback after Katie crashed her BMW in double the drink limit. She had left her home to allegedly hunt drugs in September. Katie was then arrested and pleaded guilty in court.
Katie’s sentencing delay was granted last month. Katie would be treated at The Priory, not committing any more offences, and she would be prohibited from driving during interim.
Loved ones
The former Celebrity Big Brother housemate recently apologised for her actions in her drink-and-drug-fuelled crash, stating she has ‘taken full responsibility for her actions’.
Her family gave the Sunday Mirror a statement saying that Kate acknowledged and took full responsibility for her actions. She admits they were wrong and apologizes. Kate is deeply loved, and she loves her family.
‘We are all there for her right now – and her children, who she loves dearly, are giving her strength as a mum.’
Horror: Katie flipped her BMW over on a country road near her West Sussex home in September.
Katie could be sent to prison for driving without insurance, driving while disqualified, and using a motor car in a public place.
The star was informed that her sentencing was deferred for 11 more weeks, until December 15, to allow her to receive treatment at The Priory as well as speak to the probation office.
Julie Hutton, Chair of the Bench, said she could leave but cautioned her against driving during the interim. He added: “You are free to go. Good luck at the Priory.”
