After flipping her vehicle while she was drunk, prohibited and high, many people believe that Price should be in prison. Katie Price smiled and went out to play holly, along with her kids and terminally ill mother.

With the prospect she would not be spending Christmas behind bars, the former glamour model, 43, enjoyed some quality time with her son Jett, eight, Bunny, seven, and her terminally-ill mum Amy, 69.

To make an arrangement for Christmas, the family went on a West Sussex country walk and was captured collecting holly from a Sainsbury’s bag.

After Katie received a suspended sentence of 16 weeks and a two-year driving ban, the outing is now possible on Wednesday for flipping her uninsured BMW X5 into a hedge while disqualified and under the influence on a country lane near her home in West Sussex on September 28.

Handing down the sentence, a Crawley Magistrates’ Court judge slammed Katie for her ninth motoring offence, telling her: ‘You deserve to spend Christmas behind bars.’

The drink-driving advocates claimed they are ‘gobsmacked” by the sentence. However, the judge stated that Price will not be sent to prison because she had completed her stint at The Priory celebrity rehab center and has remained out of trouble.
