MailOnline reached out to Katie’s representatives for more information.

Katie’s mother Amy, 69, suffers from the terminal illness idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis- which causes scarring to the lungs and makes it difficult to breathe, and her breathing apparatus could be seen in the snap.

After posting a photo with her husband Carl Woods and her son Harvey, the media personality first implied that she was not at The Priory Sunday.

She will be staying at home with her family, so Katie will need to stay safe until December 15th when she will return to court.

A day before her social media returns, she shared a photo with her mother Amy, after visiting her house. The caption was: ‘Home Is Where Mum is’

The exact details of Katie’s rehab order or allowances to leave treatment have not been revealed. However, patients at The Priory who are not under the Mental Health Act are allowed to leave at the discretion of staff.

The social media star is making a comeback after Katie crashed her BMW in double the drink limit. She had left her home to hunt for drugs in September and went on a night of alcohol and cocaine binges. Katie was arrested and pleaded guilty in court.

Katie’s sentencing delay was granted last month under the condition that she would be treated at The Priory, not reoffend, and she would be prohibited from driving during the interim.

The former Celebrity Big Brother housemate recently apologised for her actions in her drink-and-drug-fuelled crash, stating she has ‘taken full responsibility for her actions’.

According to her family’s statement to Sunday Mirror, “Kate acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for her actions.” She admits they were wrong and apologizes. Kate is deeply loved, and she loves her family.

The star was informed that her sentencing was deferred for 11 more weeks, until December 15, to allow her to receive treatment at The Priory as well as speak to the probation office.

Julie Hutton, Chair of the Bench, said she could leave but cautioned her against driving during the interim. He added: “You are free to go. Good luck at the Priory.”
