Kim Kardashian gave a permanent restraining order of five years to the man he was dating. Now, he has been charged with felony stalking.

Nicholas Costanza — who had previously sent her a diamond ring and the Plan-B morning after pill — was arrested for trespassing on Tuesday, Oct. 19, despite her permanent order of protection which was granted in July.

TMZ reported that police were called to Kim’s home early Tuesday morning after security at her Hidden Hills gated community detained the man for trespassing, at which point he was taken into police custody.

Although Costanza had been to her property on several occasions in the past, he apparently didn’t make it all the the way to Hidden Hills this time.

However, he was arrested by police on felony charges. He was told to stay at least 100 meters from her and have no contact in July.

The bail amount for the man is $150,000

Prior to Kim being granted a five-year restraining order he had been accused of harassing her, and threatening both Kim and her family.

According to TMZ, he had sent her a box containing a non-authenticated diamond engagement ring and Plan B on June 3. However, her security team seized it before it reached the reality star.

Kardashian’s legal team stated that Costanza had visited her gated communities twice this year in February and May. Once, he told security he was taking her to a dinner outing.

Costanza also tried to communicate online with Kardashian, her legal team stated. Costanza also made a self-made certificate marriage.

He also made an item that said “Queen Kimberly” and that she was “sitting up alone in a big castle alone.” Then he called himself her “knight in shining armour.”
