New Orleans Judge sent 31-year old man to jail for violating parole. He had lied to women about changing his dirty diapers.
Rutledge Deas IV Rutledge (Rory) was put on probation for five year after pretending to be an 18 years old physically and mentally disabled man named “Cory”. He then tricked several women and was later charged with 10 counts each of human trafficking and sexual battery.
His plea agreement stipulated that he would continue to work, go to Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and undergo online addiction counseling. He also had to stay away from social media. According to NOLA.com, 400 hours of community service were required.
The women that he victimized were willing to accept this arrangement. However, one person who publicly spoke doubted whether the treatment would make any difference.
She stated, “Hope he does that.” ‘I don’t believe that he will because five years is a long time. I believe he will make a better person.
They were right. After receiving a text message from a victim, Deas claimed he was an adult with special abilities. He also offered to help her change his diapers.

Rutledge Deas, 31, (pictured), was once again detained on Thursday after tricking women into changing their diapers while pretending to be a mentally impaired man. After an earlier plot, he was on parole for five years.

Deas was taken into custody on December 23, after police received a report that Deas had been sending text messages to women asking for money to change their diapers.
The victim was asked to “care for” him by Deas. Deas was mentioned by police as being still under investigation and that additional victims were sought after the incident.
Deas, who was taken into custody at Metarie’s home December 23, was sentenced to $200,000 bail in lieu for attempted and human trafficking. Five counts were also filed against him for parole violations.
Two women addressed Deas during a hearing in court for 2019 charges. One said, “I used to believe almost everybody in the world is inherently good.” … In this instance, however, I was mistaken.
Authorities claimed that Deas had used UrbanSitter, an app on the internet to find a student who would look after Cory (18 years old), at the time of his arrest in 2019.
He would pose as Cory, pretending to be handicapped and a home care worker caring for him.

Deas told investigators that he had trauma during childhood and being treated like an infant brought him ‘back to a time and place where he was at peace,’ court records obtained by The Times-Picayune revealed.
Deas stated to one 20-year-old woman that Cory required someone to handle him with “tough toddler gloves”.
As Cory, the man sent messages to Cory in which he claimed to be Cory. He said he had to potty train, that his diapee needed to change, and that he required a booster seat for his child.

He would pose as Cory, pretending to be disabled while a caregiver looked after him. The home-help worker changed his dirty diapers every day for about one year. This is the app Deas used.
She looked after Cory on ten occasions. She had changed his soiled diapers, according to court records obtained by The Times-Picayune.
According to the documents, Deas was able to get aroused and would sucking on baby’s pacifier during diaper changing.
He made payment through Apple Online App. The victim, who was a female victim, never got to know his older brother.
Deas tried to make her pay on November 6th, but she continued to have questions.
After looking at his profile, she saw that Deas had made another money exchange with another man. When she checked out the friend list for the man, Ry Deas was the profile that she found.
According to the woman, the profile represented Cory who she had known and loved.
Deas was then removed by Deas after she had contacted local authorities.
Deas later reached out to her, asking if she would care for Cory in an apartment at the 1200 block Marengo Street.
State Police issued warrants for Deas arrest under the charges of sexual battery and took Deas into police custody
