The murder of his girlfriend was committed by a man in Coventry. And his mother is being charged with aiding an offender.
Officers found the body of Marlene Doyle, 32, in Othello Court, Shakespeare Street, at 5:20pm last Thursday.
They claimed that “nothing could save her” and suggested she might have died “several days prior to her last confirmed sighting, Saturday 15 January”.
Her partner Patryk Skupinski, 36, of Othello Court, Shakespeare Street has been charged with murder and his mother, Hanna Skupinski, 57, of Bell Green Road, Coventry has been charged with assisting the offender.
Both are scheduled to appear tomorrow at Birmingham Magistrates Court.

After she disappeared for several days, officers entered the apartment to investigate.
After her death, a post-mortem examination revealed she suffered head injuries. Police West Midlands confirmed the news.
Officers have asked anyone with any information to call them and stated Marlene’s relatives are ‘devastated.

Detective Inspector Adam Jobson of the West Midlands Police’s Homicide Unit said, “My thoughts are with Marlene and her family. They are obviously devastated by what happened.”
