An unauthorised relationship between a senior naval officer and a female junior crew member led to the resignation of a top-ranking Naval Officer.
Lieutenant Commander Ben Costley White was temporarily removed as commander of HMS Tyne, based at Portsmouth, while investigations are conducted.
Julia Costley White, a veterinary cardioologist and Julia Costley White are the 37-years-old bearded couple. They have been married for seven years in New Forest. The couple enjoy hobbies such as yachting.
The basis of Lt. Commander Costley-White’s claims against the female crew member and whether these claims can be proven are not known. However, it is clear that this would indicate a violation to strict Navy rules if proven.
MailOnline received this statement from a Royal Navy Spokesperson: “We are aware that these allegations are being investigated.” We are not permitted to make further comments.
Mrs Costley White, 38, declined to speak on the issue.

Speaking outside her £550,000 townhouse she said: ‘I don’t have any comment.’
Her husband was nowhere to be seen in her red brick Victorian three-bedroom home at this yachting village.
In the front window of the house at the New Forest border of Hampshire, a Remembrance flower and a St George’s Cross banner were displayed.
Later, Lt. Cdr Costley White refused to talk about his situation when he was contacted via phone. He stated that he did not have any comment.
Lt Cdr Costley-White grew up in London and attended the prestigious £20,000-a-year City of London School on a scholarship based on his choral singing abilities.
After graduating from the University of Bristol, he continued his studies in Neuroscience. This is where it is believed he met Julia.
While working briefly as an ICT and biology teacher, Lt. Cdr Costley White developed an interest in the Cadet Corps at his school. This eventually lead to Costley-White joining the Royal Navy eleven years ago.
As he progressed in the ranks, he was assigned to serve aboard vessels in the UK, Atlantic and Middle East waters.
In April last year, he was appointed commander of HMS Tyne. The ship is based near his Lymington home, Julia.

They don’t have any children and were married in 2015. He wore a Naval uniform to the ceremony.
His Naval bio reads: “Ben lives in Lymington, New Forest with Julia, who is a veterinary cardioologist.
They don’t have children or pets, but they do own a wooden 40-year-old sailing boat that keeps them busy all year. An avid gardener and classical musician, their spare time is used to study languages.
HMS Tyne (river-class offshore patrol vessel) is used to protect UK fisheries. It has sister vessels, named after UK rivers: the Mersey & Severn. They were all commissioned in 2003.
This ship is the sixth in a series of incarnations. Apart from fishing, she has twice previously been used to assist menacing Russian boats in British waters.
