A multi-millionaire young property tycoon mysteriously died eight weeks after he was married in a lavish Sikh ceremony.

Vivek Chadha (33), had close connections to Conservative Party greats and ran the multimillion-pound Nine Group with extensive property and hotel interests. 

He collapsed at a central London address early Sunday morning, hours after he was seen partying at Annabel’s nightclub on Saturday night.

Two months ago, Mr Chadha, 29 married Stuttee Chaddha in a glamorous ceremony in a five-star hotel in capital. The celebration culminated in a whole week of celebrations.

A post-mortem is likely to be conducted to determine the cause of Mr Chadha’s death. Given his age and any known health issues, but sources close enough to him indicated that it was natural.

According to the source, he did not die at his London central address. He was in another location at the time. We are still waiting to find out the exact details of what happened.  

Accounts from Companies House up to December 31, 2019 reveal that his business, Nine Estates Limited, made £2.5million in revenue over the previous two years, with a £1.3million gross profit.

Stuttee was being consoled at home by dozens of family members and Mr Chadha’s parents Gursharan, 61, and Jasbir (58) at their luxury country home in Iver Berkshire.

Jasbir cried, “We are in total shock and we can’t say anything about Vivek or his achievements.” We will one day pay tribute to Vivek, but right now it is too early. We are in too great pain.

Tributes and messages of condolences poured in following the news of Mr Chadha's death

Following the tragic news of Mr Chadha’s passing, condolences and tributes were pouring in. 

In recognition of his contributions, Mr Chadha received the ‘Rising Star Award’ at the Young Entrepreneur of the Years Awards in 2017.

He received a degree from civil engineering and co-founded the Nine Group with his father, in 2012. They helped establish it as the UK’s largest private hotel company.

It owns 18 hotels in the country, employs over 800 people, and has commercial and residential investments.
