A scooter user was captured on a road with three wooden panels attached.
The clip shows the man driving along main roads with the three 6-foot by 6-foot fence panels strapped to his mobility scooter. He also uses his indicator to turn left.
Tyrone said that he didn’t recognize what it was because all he could see was the moving fence panels on the road. He was trying to figure out what was happening.
“Then I saw the guy on a mobility scooter and I was laughing with laughter.
“I thought he must live along one of these roads, but he was driving along the main roads in the same direction as me for about five minute before he turned around.
“That’s what set him off the most, seeing his indicator go on as though he were actually driving a car.
