He told her she was 29, and she told him he was 17. The court heard.

He was invited to her home and she asked him whether he was virgin. Then, she wanted him to try smoking weed together.

Robinson claimed that Epuna kissed and hugged the victim, and then asked Robinson to touch her. She said that she took Robinson upstairs to have sex with him.

He said, “The second time they met, she admitted that he had been 15 years old, but it did not stop her from falling in love with him.”

According to court records, they had been having sex seven more times.

According to court records, Epuna was the contact of the young boy.

He was informed that she had told her she would talk to Epuna when she was released. However, Epuna died in the hospital.

Her reply was: “If we love one another, we have to hide until we are 16 or 17.”

During a conversation about contraception, Epuna told the young boy ‘she did not want him to be a father at 15’, the court heard.

They had further conversations via text and discussed sex. She sent him pornographic photos detailing her positions.

The two ended communication in September 2019 when the victim said he ‘could not take it anymore and did not want to get her into s**t’, the court was told. Responding, she said that she was distraught.

The victim told Hull Crown Court Epuna 'took advantage' of him while his grandmother was ill in hospital

Hull Crown Court Epuna was told by the victim that the victim ‘took advantage of’ him, while his grandmother was in hospital.

A statement was read out in court by the victim. She said, “I am embarrassed at what has happened.” Her age was greater than mine, and she manipulated me.

“I was just 15 years old and was not yet experienced, but I was curious and as naive at my age as other boys.

‘My grandmother was sick and she knew it. She took advantage of my vulnerability. It was all I could do.

David Godfrey said Epuna is ashamed of the events that have occurred and she has had her child taken away from her.

According to him, Epuna was an isolated woman and was feeling lonely at the time. He felt flattered but knew what she was doing was wrong.

Epuna heard Judge David Tremberg say to him: “It was clear that the victim wasn’t 15. The judge stated that you would go into prison if anyone found out.

‘You made him sexually gratifying. He was embarrassed.

Epuna was sentenced for 32 months.
