R360 is an investment network for private wealth with a net worth of $100,000,000 to get in

A new invite-only investment club for the super rich charges members $180,000 for a required three-year membership,  but those not meeting its lofty integrity standards – along with a net worth of at least $100,000 – need not apply.

Charles Garcia, 60, founded the new uber-exclusive R360 this year and said the group’s goal is to connect his wealthy members with investment and philanthropic opportunities.

Garcia claims that he has turned away at most a few billionaires who weren’t motivated to join a club built on honor, entrepreneurial grit and generosity of spirit’

“One person seemed to want the group to benefit their business activities, while the other didn’t want to integrate with his family,” Garcia said. He founded Sterling Financial Investment Group in late 1990s and was the chair of his local chapters in Florida of the wealth network Tiger 21.

“I took some pain for that.”

Charles Garcia, R360's founder, wants the investment club to eventually have 1,000 members - 500 in the United States and 500 abroad, but claims he wasn't afraid of turning away two billionaires who applied

A three-year membership to this private investment network is $180,000. Members can expect to become wealthy in six types of capital. Financial, intellectual and spiritual.

Michael Cole, 61, one the managing partners of R360, stated that when people have wealth of $100 million or greater, their problems are much greater than those who have less. ‘They’ve achieved success, and are looking more at how can I make an impact on things that matter to me — for myself, for my family, for society.’

Cole is the former chief executive of Cresset Asset Management

Their LinkedIn page states, “Our world needs men/women who combine extraordinary success, talent and character with rare, deeply held values.” These individuals are invited to join R360.

R360 is just one of many ‘philanthropic networking’ that describes memberships as a journey. They use their resources and build networks to connect ultra-wealthy clients with their children.

However, joining Tiger 21 is twice as expensive as other networks. Tiger 21 members pay $30,000 annually in dues. Synergos Global Philadelphia Circle, an invitation-only organization, costs $25,000 per year.

R360 is a partnership of 48 partners. The name R360 is derived from the Archangel Raziel, an all-knowing Archangel. These partners contribute approximately $350,000 each. They plan on adding 50 more members to reach 500 in America, and 500 around the globe.

'When people get wealth of $100 million or more, their issues are far greater than for people who are wealthy but not at that level,' said Michael Cole (pictured above), 61, one of the managing partners of R360

Garcia stated that the idea is to have it around 100, 200 years in the future.

Members can suggest investment opportunities and gain access elite universities and medical school like Harvard, Stanford and Columbia.

There are also  seminars on leadership from West Point generals and exclusive getaways to exotic places, such as a meeting with mogul Richard Branson on Necker Island in the Caribbean.

R360’s marketing materials claim that R360’s goal is to create an oasis for strategic wealth makers and their families to thrive.

Garcia stated that the club is also used by members to show their children how their wealth can influence generations.

Angel Alvarez, founder, chairman, and member of ABB Optical Group, is currently working with his family to create a 40-minute documentary on how the community can help you succeed.

Brenda Snow, who's on the group's 11-member women's committee, claims that membership can provide an oasis and a relatable audience for what she understands some might call 'wealthy-person problems'

In a world of increasing income inequality, R360 can be a real oasis for members.

‘Sometimes, I’ll be really honest, even having conversations with people on this subject matter — when you see the strife in the world — people will take out a tiny violin,’ said Brenda Snow, a member. “You might ask, “What are my problems with wealthy-persons?” They exist.
