Jennifer Gates, the newlywed, was photographed shopping in New York City along with Melinda French Gates on Sunday.

The 25-year-old, who married fellow equestrian Nayel Nassar in a lavish ceremony last month in North Salem, New York, was dressed casually for the outing in blue jeans, a cream-colored turtleneck sweater, and black boots, while her mother threw a blue coat on over black sweatpants and sneakers.

The masked mother and daughter duo, though they were dressed casually for the Upper East Side shopping tour, looked no less expensive than what one would expect from an ultra-rich family.

Jennifer carried a $3,800 Dior bag over her shoulder, while Melinda held onto a Balenciaga tote, which originally sold for over $1,000.

Jennifer was also sporting the massive diamond engagement ring that Nayel proposed with, though she seems to have taken off the chunky diamond band she was seen sporting just ahead of their nuptials.

They were photographed after getting a bit of shopping under their belt, with Jennifer carrying a bag from Georgia Louise Atelier, a spa and skincare store whose fans include Jennifer Lawrence, Karlie Kloss, and Molly Sims.

This spot sells a variety of skincare products, such as a $750, 75-minute, Bespoke Facial and $80 eyebrow shaping. It also offers a $250 extraction.

Masks were worn outside by the Gates ladies to hide any reddening from treatment.

The girls’ day out comes a month after Jennifer officially became a Mrs., saying ‘I do’ to Nayel, 30, on October 16, 2021, at the couple’s farm in Westchester, New York, and in the weeks since, she has offered up new photos of the lavish event.

Last week she took a photo of herself and her bridesmaids. She flashed her garter as well as held her bouquet.

She also posted a snap of a sweet moment with her dad, Bill Gates, in honor of his birthday

In honor of her father’s birthday, she also shared a photo of herself and Bill Gates.

“One of many fairytale moments. Walking amongst fall leaves with my favourite women just before the ceremony. Thank you @dolcegabbana, @verawanggang, @lauraspinellalovett, and all the artists who made us all feel so radiant,’ she wrote.

The snap shows Jennifer walking with a big smile on her face as her nine bridesmaids — including her 19-year-old sister, Phoebe — stood behind her and held the long train of her dress and veil. They wore floor-length, green gowns with floral arrangements.

Also, she shared another photo with Iman her mother-in law, and a picture of Nayel taking part in what looked like a safari. This was hinting at their honeymoon.

Jennifer, who was Bill’s eldest daughter, and Melinda their business magnate, was escorted down the aisle by both her parents on her bid day.

After 27 years of marriage, the couple announced their divorce in May. They then finalized the separation in August. Melinda had reportedly been uncomfortable with her husband’s connection to Jeffrey Epstein, while Bill acknowledged that he’d had an extramarital affair with a Microsoft employee in the year 2000.

Two custom-made Vera Wang wedding gowns were worn by the heiress for her special day. Wang, known for creating wedding dresses for stars including Gwen Stefani and Issa Rae, shared two photos taken by wedding photographer Allan Zepeda and published by Vogue alongside a message wishing Jennifer and Nayel, 30, ‘a lifetime of happiness and joy.’

The gown was worn with a light ivory Italian tulle chapel length veil trimmed in hand appliqué French macrame lace.’

Mario Dedivanovic was Jennifer’s former makeup artist.

Jennifer first wore an ivory long-sleeved A-line gown with hand appliqué French macrame lace for the outdoor ceremony, before slipping into a lace trumpet gown with a square neckline for the evening reception.

One of her first pictures was shared shortly after the nuptials. It shows the moment Nayel and she walked up the aisle again on October 16th, moments after they were pronounced husband-wife.

Jennifer smiled, clutching a bouquet of elegant white flowers in her one hand and wrapping the other around Nayel’s waist.

Nayel, dressed in a smart suit, smiled as he applauded onlookers who walked along the flower-bedecked aisles. He wrapped his right hand around his new wife.

After the couple had exchanged their second vows, the photo was captured on Saturday. This followed an earlier, smaller Muslim ceremony that took place on Friday in North Salem.

Jennifer posted the photo of her wedding on Instagram Monday morning with the caption “My universe 10.16.21.”

Jennifer’s mom also posted a photo of the day.

“What a joy to commemorate the light and love shared by @jenniferkgates & @nayelnassar over this past weekend. We are so grateful that we were able find safe ways to gather on this special day,” she wrote. She captioned a picture of Jennifer and Nayel outdoors.

The couple welcomed 300 guests to the mansion Saturday.

Also included was a wedding brunch with catering from renowned New York City eateries and Coldplay performances. Marcy Blum was the event planner.

The bride had nine bridesmaids dressed in evergreen. All appeared to be smiling and laughing as they posed for pictures, and one of the bridesmaids was seen holding up Gates’ long veil.

The ceremony was performed by a longtime family friend, and the bride and groom wrote their own vows.

Following the ceremony, the couple made a quick getaway to have some private wedding photos taken on the estate, while guests headed into a specially constructed ‘botanical garden’ where the cocktail hour was being held.

As she was arriving to the nuptials, she was seen sipping a glass of wine while sitting in her SUV. Later, she posted a picture from the estate along with her son and Lucy Davis, a fellow equestrian.

Friday night’s rehearsal dinner — which secretly served as a reception for the private religious ceremony — was catered by Jean-Georges and included a lobster dish and pasta.
