A CCTV camera captured the moment when a group St Bernards helped their brother climb over a 6-foot fence and escape from his enclosure.
Roman, two years old, initially is seperated from his siblings through a tall gate. Then he attempts climbing the fence with very little hesitation.
They see their brother at the top of the gate and four other St Bernards, named Lilia Zvezda Evita Falkor, rush to Roman’s aid and assist him in descending the railing.
George Piciorus (42), was stunned when the entire incident occurred while he reviewed his CCTV.
Roman is the oldest and most senior member of the group. He is also known as the Alpha Male with his private kennel.
Since then, however, Mr Piciorus discovered that Roman would regularly climb the gate without any assistance.
Footage also shows that the St Bernards can help to return him to his private kennel.

BirminghamLive was told by him that they are smart, but very stubborn. If he needs to, Saints will make it happen. They can be very strong and loving dogs.

Roman first tried to climb the fence by himself, before his siblings rushed to their rescue

Roman was being assisted by two St Bernards who jumped up to the gate and helped him out of his enclosure.

The five siblings were eventually reunited, much to the surprise of owner George Piciorus
“They have great personalities and can be protective and territorial. Sometimes, the others can help him get over it if they need to.
‘It’s only in their nature to help each other whenever they need it. They share a strong bond.
Zvezda (Roman’s sister) and Evita (Roman’s brother) have been entered into Crufts2022.
