One man, who was searching the web for properties to purchase in Capital City, found that the asking price for the flat needed complete renovation made it seem humbling.
Twitter Ian, a user, spotted the Finsbury Park one-bedroom apartment on Right Move and posted a picture of its bathroom.
The property on sale for £275,000 boasts of being spacious and located in a quiet residential area within walking distance from Clissold Park, Woodberry Wetlands and Finsbury Park Station, and close to organic supermarkets.
You will also find features such as an open kitchen, living room and dining area. However, the definition does not include the fact that the cooking space is located in the sitting room. The back of the units faces outwards into the room.
But buyers should be aware that it needs to undergo a total refurbishment. In addition, the advertisement urges interested parties to conduct their own research about the structural condition and history of the Victorian conversion property on the groundfloor.

Finsbury Park property for sale in London. It is listed as needing a “complete renovation”. A photograph of the kitchen, showing the deteriorated worktops and crumbling cabinets, along with the stains that are on the walls, shows the seller.
The flat has been listed since November. It boasts an open-plan kitchen/reception, bay windows and high ceilings. There is also a double bedroom that overlooks the back gardens.
Although the seller is interested only in cash buyers and promotes the area around the property, he claims that North London offers a wide range of restaurants, including organic supermarkets and independent coffee shops.
Also writes: ‘Stoke Newington’s Church Street can be reached on foot in approximately 15 minutes (Google) offering a range of boutiques, Art Shops, restaurants and independent pubs.
The ‘Nearby Woodbury Wetlands Nature Reserve and Reservoirs are home for a variety of animals. You can also see them while walking around the beautiful open space. There are additional parks such as Clissold Park or Abney Park within a short distance.
The bedroom’s’spaciousness’ is illustrated in a photograph that shows the mysterious staining on the walls, ceiling and floor as well as the curtains. Even though the advertisement warns of the need for complete renovation, the room is still available.
This property boasts an open-plan kitchen and reception area. The definition of open-plan kitchen/reception area is not quite right, as the backs of units look out onto the living room.

“The West Reservoir Centre offers both adult and child sailing and kayaking classes, among other options. Castle Climbing Centre is located nearby and offers bouldering, internal and external climbing facilities.
Photos of the house show that almost all rooms need to be redecorated, with stains covering the ceilings and floor.
It appears that the bathroom needs the most attention, as the wall is peeling and bricks are exposed.
One person, Unimpressed wrote that he saw London parking spaces being bought for this. You start to believe that things are cheap.
Another joked: ‘Perfect for a DIY enthusiast’, while a third added: ‘Nowhere for the rats to hide’
