The parents said that Gracie-Mae is now 8lb 9oz in weight and was two weeks old.

“She is a true dream. We couldn’t be more pleased right now.

She has seen so many changes since birth. Although we tried to take some photos in her vest, she decided that she wanted other shots.

“She’s camera shy, just like her older brother Kieran. Bradley loves his photos as much as Bradley.

They said that Gracie Mae would be going with her parents to the first Sunderland match, ‘as they host our Bradley Lowery Foundation Box for a beautiful family to enjoy and create memories.

In May the couple announced their pregnancy by sharing a photo of the baby in clothes and the words “handpicked for Earth” alongside an ultrasound scan from GracieMae.

Gemma also posted the news on Facebook: “Hi everybody, just an update. We are so happy to meet our precious little princess.”

“She is doing great and we are on our way back.

Carl and myself will be spending some quality time with our sweet princess.

Little Bradley was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called neuroblastoma, a condition mainly found babies and young children, when he was just 18 months old.
