Alex Oxlade Chamberlain has proposed to Perrie Edwards
On Saturday, the former Little Mix singer took to Instagram to share her happy news and some photos of Alex while he proposed to her.
Captioning her post, she wrote: ‘Last night the love of my life got down on one knee and I said… YES!’
Perrie is seen in the photos with her hand covering her mouth, as she stands at the ocean’s sunset.
Alex was seated on his knees with an engagement ring hidden in a small box in one of his hands.
The diamond ring was placed on his finger by him before they shared a kiss.

Pop star Perrie and her Liverpool FC fiancé, 28, have been dating since 2016 but they didn’t go public with their romance until February 2017.

The couple had their son Axel in August after Perrie revealed she was pregnant in May.
Perrie, a former contestant in X Factor, was once a member of One Direction.
Their engagement was in August 2013. They later separated in August 2015.
Perrie spoke about marrying Alex as far back as 2020 when she appeared on radio show Capital Breakfast With Roman Kemp.
She said: ‘I appreciate him, we don’t want to rush into it do you know what I mean? It would definitely be yes, I think!
However, she told the Metro the same year: ‘We always talk about the future. While he’s my forever and I love him, I’m not sure we’re ready to be engaged soon.
It comes after Perrie shared sweet sun-soaked bikini snaps of herself with ten-month-old Axel on Saturday.
As she snuggled up to her son, the star wore a stylish poolside outfit in black and blue with a sarong at her waist.
A wide-brim sunhat with broad brim was also worn by the stunner.

Also, the hitmaker took to Instagram Stories to show off her lavish breakfast spread that included coffee, fruits and pastries as well as smoked salmon with avocado.

Titled The Last Show (for now…), the gig was streamed globally online so their fans across the planet could tune in.
Perrie apparently defied doctors’ orders to not sing at the Little Mix last gigs.
After being advised not to perform because of a throat infection by doctors, she took the stage and stunned the audience.
Perrie, who was on vocal rest that week, posted on social media a sign saying, “Vocal Rest… Please don’t Talk to Me!” We are grateful.

Little Mix have promised fans their hiatus does not spell the end of the girl group, insisting that while they are set to launch their own solo careers, they are already discussing the next reunion.
These girls, who were formed a trio by Jesy, 30 in December 2020, have plans to do other things, but the promise is that their calendars will be carefully planned so they don’t face off in charts.
However, before they embark on their new careers it’s important that they take the time needed to rest.
Perrie said to MailOnline, “I have a fantastic month-long holiday planned. This could end up being two to three months as everyone needs a moment of re-energizing.
