Search launched by police for 12-year-old missing South Devon schoolgirl

  • Leona Peach (12 years old) was last seen in Newton Abbot’s Hele Park on Monday
  • The dark-haired, 4ft9in tall dog is slim to medium in build.
  • It is believed that she wore grey/blue or slim-fitted leggings with dark-coloured fur coats and flip flops.

A police operation has been launched to find a schoolgirl missing from South Devon. She was last seen there four days ago. 

Leona, 12 years old, was last seen at Newton Abbot’s Hele park on Monday (20/12).

Dark-haired, she is 4ft9ins high.  

According to police, Leona hails originally from North Devon. We believe she could have come all the way from North Devon to Bideford.

“We ask the public to keep an eye out for Leona, and to report sightings to us.

She is white, slim and medium-built.

Leona (pictured), 12, was last seen in Newton Abbot’s Hele park area on Monday (20/12).

She is about 4ft 9ins in height, with hazel-coloured eyes. Her long, light-brown locks reach the middle of her head.

She has a bald area above her right-ear.

It is thought that Leona was wearing gray/blue trousers or slim pants with dark fur coats and flip-flops. 

“She carried a pink bag.
