Police have launched an investigation after a woman was hit and seriously injured by a £200,000 Mercedes G-Wagon.

The incident is believed to have occurred last night on Alan Turing Way, Bradford, Greater Manchester. 

The purple 4×4, a high performance vehicle widely used by celebrities and football stars, was seen parked in a bus stop some distance from where the initial collision took place.

The incident is understood to have taken place on Alan Turing Way in Bradford, Greater Manchester last night
