After a man was raped at a Bristol park, police released an image of a suspect male on an e-scooter
Police released an image showing a male suspect riding an e scooter after a man was sexually assaulted in a park.
The victim was attacked in Castle Park, Bristol, between 6.10am – 6.45am Saturday October 16.
Avon and Somerset Police have now released a photograph of a person they want to speak to as part their investigation.
Police believe that the suspect spoke with a deep accent similar to South African.
Officers released a statement saying that they had released an image of a person they wanted to speak with as part their ongoing inquiries.
“He is described as a male, black, or mixed race, approximately 5ft 9ins tall, with dark eyes, a slim face, and a narrow chin.
”He is thin with broad shoulders.
“He was wearing a black puffa coat with a hood, dark tracksuit bottoms (with a hood), and black Nike trainers.
“We believe that he was seen riding a black scooter, or an e-scooter in the Union Street and Broadmead areas before and after the incident.”
The victim was attacked in Castle Park, Bristol, between 6.10am – 6.45am
Additional reassurance patrols were conducted and CCTV inquiries are ongoing.
