After CCTV footage indicated that he may have entered the river, officers are searching for the 20-year old student.
Harvey Parker abandoned Heaven nightclub in Westminster near Charing Cross on Friday, Dec 17th at 2.15am.
Metropolitan Police officers began searching the river earlier today after reviewing CCTV footage in the vicinity that suggested the York University student might have entered the water close to the Golden Jubilee Bridge.
The police stated at this stage that they don’t believe there’s any involvement by third parties.
Harvey from Lambeth (south London) has been described at 5ft 8in and slim with short black hair.

Police, along with Harvey’s friends and family, said they are now growing ‘increasingly concerned’ for his welfare after having no contact with him for four days.
Met posted CCTV images Tuesday of Harvey walking out of the LGBTQ+ club. Further CCTV footage showed Harvey then entering Craven Street and walking south towards Embankment, but the music student has not been seen since.
Detective Chief Inspector Lucy O’Connor, from Central South Safeguarding Unit, today said: ‘We are doing all we can to find Harvey, and working closely with our colleagues in the Marine Policing Unit.
‘We are keeping Harvey’s family fully informed of any developments; and the thoughts of my colleagues and I are with them at this distressing time.
“We ask media to refrain from speculation during the inquiry.”
It is believed that the LBGTQ+ student from York University had attended a Lil Simz concert in Brixton before attending the LBGTQ+ Club.

Theatre Royal Stratford East stated that Harvey was a front-of house member of staff, and made an appeal to the public for assistance in their search.

Harvey was told by a friend that the University of York student in music had attended a Little Simz concert at Brixton, South London before heading to Heaven nightclub.
Little Simz has since tweeted an appeal from Harvey’s friend.
Harvey’s relatives have also taken to social media to ask for help in locating him, including uncle Sylvester Lennon who tagged LBC presenter James O’Brien in the appeal.
Mr O’Brien responded, saying he would mention Harvey on his show after saying he had seen a missing poster on his way in to work.
Another unnamed relative added that the family was ‘desperate’ for information and asked for the public to re-post the police’s online appeal to find Harvey.
Another Twitter user shared the following: “He is 20 years old, autistic and non-binary. He’s also vulnerable.”
‘He’s missed 3 work shifts and not on socials since 1.30 Friday morning – unheard of – and not in touch with any friends.
“His family visited all London hospitals, and informed the police.”
London’s Westminster School also used the hashtag #FindHarvey to appeal for Harvey, who was once a student.

From the Central South Safeguarding Unit Detective Sergeant Dick Nation stated that Harvey was last seen walking towards Embankment on Craven Street.
Cordelia Hobbs is one of seven York University students that shares a room with Harvey. She wrote on Facebook, “all extremely concerned” for Harvey’s safety.
One of Harvey’s school friends Angus Colwell, who is an editorial assistant at the Spectator, added on Twitter: ‘I’ve known Harvey for years, and several of my close friends are v tight with him.

Alex Foster (an Oxford University student) wrote to another school friend: “Harvey is missing since Thursday evening.
They attended a Brixton concert before moving to Heaven Nightclub, near Embankment. At 4am they were gone.
“If you have any questions or want to see them, please text me.
After an appeal was made, a spokesperson for the police stated: “Harvey has left the nightclub unattended and there’s no evidence to suggest that he went missing.”
‘Police and Harvey’s family are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.
Harvey’s height is listed as being 5ft 8ins and has a slim build.
