He’s been dubbed one of Europe’s most adorable royal babies, and Prince Charles of Luxembourg has stolen the show once again as he featured on his family’s festive photos.
Charles was born May 2020. He smiled a lot in these snaps as he sat next to his parents, Hereditary Grande Duke Guillaume (40) and Hereditary Great Duchess Stephanie (37).
The new photos were shared by Princess Stephanie, who wore an all-red outfit while her son was seated on her lap.
His father, however, seemed to be trying to make him laugh by giving his large, stuffed bear bear a Santa Claus hat and scarf.
His adorableness has earned him the title of Europe’s most charming royal baby. Prince Charles of Luxembourg stole the show again, as he was featured in his family’s holiday photos (pictured).
Charles proved he is already turning into a trendy young prince, dressed in a cream jumper and tan trousers with blue trainers
Charles was seen in a cream jumper with tan trousers and showed that he has already turned into a young, trendy prince.
The image was shared online yesterday, with Luxembourgish posting the image on Twitter.
The caption read: ‘Prince Guillaume and Princess Stephanie, together with Prince Charles, wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!’
Charles was born May 2020, at the peak of the coronavirus epidemic. He is now a regular on the Grand Ducal Court’s Instagram.
The new photos were shared by Princess Stephanie ahead of Christmas. She wore an all-red outfit while her son, who was just a year old, sat on her lap.
Due to social distancing measures put into place in order to stop the spread of coronavirus, Prince Henri could not have met his Grand Duke and Grand Duchess of Luxembourg at the time of his birth.
Intimate photos were shared with him in June, and they eventually led to his meeting with his loving grandparents.
When Prince Guillaume spoke out about the May birth of his son, he said that it was “probably the most amazing day we’ll ever have in our lives”.
He stated that it was the best thing about parenting to be able “to greet any child”
While he was laughing, his father decorated a large bear-stuffed animal with Santa Claus ears and a scarf.
The newborn was then able to share photographs with his grandparents, the Grand Duke Henri & Grand Duchess Maria Teresa via video chat.
Luxembourg’s royals announced their joy at the news of the baby’s arrival in a statement.
It said: “The Hereditary Couple is pleased to announce the birth their son at 5:13 am at the Maternity Grande Duchesse Charlotte, Luxembourg.
“The baby will have the first name of Charles Jean Philippe Joseph Marie Guillaume. The infant is 53 cm in height and weighs 3.190kg.
