Last month Prince Harry and Meghan Markle shared the first photo of their daughter Lilibet Diana for their Christmas card

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle posted the first picture of Lilibet Diana, their child, last month for their Christmas card

They released the card because they announced that they made donations to several charities. This was in keeping with Duchess’s campaign for an all-American paid family leave law.

“This was the year that we welcomed Lilibet our baby girl to this world. Their message said that Archie and Lili were a Mama and Papa to them and made them a family.

‘As we look forward to 2022 we have made donations on your behalf to several organizations that honor and protect families – from those being relocated from Afghanistan to American famiilies in need of paid parental leave.’

The work of Mr Lubomirski was later shared on Instagram by the caption: ‘The Duke and duchess of Sussex. Archie. Lilibet. This is one rare project that only a few are allowed to participate in.

“To have the opportunity to tell the story of the family I first photographed, both as an engaged and married couple. Then, on their wedding day, as a married couple. And now, witnessing their love grow into beautiful children was a wonderful honor.

“Anyone who’s seen my #allloveseries will see that I get the most joy from photography when they are able to capture love in any form.

Photographers can only have one gift: to be trusted enough by their subjects, to allow them to share their feelings and let the images speak for themselves.

“This was a joyous day, one I felt extremely fortunate to be invited to photograph. X’
