Diana was said to be besotted with heart surgeon Hasnat Khan, whom she reportedly dated from 1995 to 1997, during which Diana met his family and considered converting to Islam.

When Diana visited a friend recovering from heart surgery, Diana and the couple met at Royal Brompton Hospital.

After that, they had a two-year secret affair. It ended in 1997. On August 31, 1997, Diana died in Paris in an automobile accident.

The pain that the surgeon caused to Princess was something her closest friends spoke about before.

He was her cousin and she had been to Pakistan with him during 1996. She wore traditional shalwar kameez, which are baggy pants paired with flowing dresses.

Diana is pictured with William and Harry five years before her death in 1992. Hasnat believes Diana was seeking advice to see how his family may react to her choice of partner

Five years ago, Diana was pictured together with William and Harry. This is five years prior to her 1992 death. Hasnat believe that Diana wanted advice because he was unsure how his family would react to the choice of her partner.

It is believed that she once fell in love with a man and considered marrying him.

After Mr Khan decided that they would never be able to continue their relationship, Mrs Khan abandoned her idea.

Abdul Rasheed Khan was his father. He said that Abdul Rasheed Khan had once told his family, “If she married me, I would…” [Diana]We would never be married for longer than a year. Culturally, we are so different.

“She’s from Venus, and I’m from Mars.” It would seem like two planets marrying if it were to happen.

Jemima Khan was Diana’s friend and was there on the 1996 Pakistan trip. She said that Diana was so in love with Hasnat, she was considering moving to Pakistan.

Jemima says that the surgeon used to hate the idea of having his name in public for the rest of their lives.
