This year has been particularly hard for Princess Andrew. His association with Virginia Giuffre, an alleged victim of sex traficking, is causing growing scandal.

Ms Giuffre claims that Andrew made her have sex after they had sex in Tramp’s nightclub. This is an accusation which the Duke of York vigorously denies.

After his lawyers failed on technicalities to dismiss the complaint, however, the Duke and Duchess of York were hit with a major legal problem in civil proceedings. He hoped that the matter would be resolved by his legal team, who claimed neither Ms Giuffre and the prince were American residents, so the US courts are not able to handle the case.

Prince Andrew is one of a number of prominent men linked to Epstein or Maxwell. Maxwell is currently facing up to 65 year in federal prison after being convicted on six counts for sex trafficking.

Yesterday night Prince Andrew’s family displayed a united front when they were seen for the first times since Ghislaine Maxwell, the Duke of York’s friend and confidante for sex traficking was convicted.

While strolling in Verbier’s exclusive Swiss ski resort Verbier, Beatrice and Eugenie joined arms with the Duchess and Jack Brooksbank.

They appeared in good spirits, despite growing scandal over the Duke of York’s involvement with Virginia Giuffre, a victim of sextrafficking.

It is believed that the entire family traveled to Switzerland for Boxing Day, while Prince Andrew remained at Windsor’s Royal Lodge.

According to Sunday Times reports, Royal courtiers discuss plans to deprive Prince Andrew of his Duke-of-York title in the event that he loses the Virginia Giuffre lawsuit.

Others ideas being considered by Royal households include asking the Duke for an “internal exile” and asking him not to have any ties to charities.

Ms Giuffre states that Prince Andrew abused her three more times as a teenager. The Duke denies the allegations and is seeking unspecified damages. In the aftermath of his disastrous Newsnight interview, the Duke decided to resign from all public duties “for the foreseeable future” because of his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein.

According to a source, “If…” [Prince Andrew]The case is lost. Now the problem is, what should you do? He would have to give up his title, but you can’t force him to resign.

Insiders close to the Royals claimed it would prove difficult to convince the Queen of the removal of the title Duke of York, as it was a title held by George VI (her father) before he became the king, and that she had bestowed the title on her son. According to the Sunday Times, he had ‘disgraced this title’.

Buckingham Palace spokesperson said about claims that Duke may lose his title, “This is speculation. The comments are not supported by facts.” The Duke of Edinburgh is currently a legal issue that we cannot comment on.

According to defense sources, there is also speculation that the Duke may be being pressured to quit his military positions. According to Sunday People, military chiefs believe he’ll resign in order for the Queen not to have his honorary titles stripped.

Senior Army commanders feel it’s not possible for Andrew to continue his position as colonel in chief of the nine military units, regiments and corps, due to the Duke’s friendship with Epstein, Maxwell and Maxwell.
