A professional cleaner from Australia has revealed her secrets to steam cleaning an oven.
Kacie from ‘The Big Clean Co,’ revealed that her cleaning process is safer for your health than traditional methods and does not use toxic or harsh chemicals.
Then she adds one cup boiling water to the tray, and then places it in a warm oven.

The steaming begins as the tray remains in the hot oven for about 20 minutes.
After steaming for 20 minutes, the grease and grime will be a “mushy mess” and can then be scraped off using a scraping instrument.
Kacie next lets the oven cool, then she starts lathering up dishwashing liquid with scourer. This is a great option to using toxic chemicals.
The lathered Scourer is used to scrub the oven to get rid of any grime or to add shine.
Kacie advises to use the scourer for oven racks, and to use a razor during cleaning if necessary.

Kacie stated that you don’t need to use any chemicals.
Kacie then lets the oven cool down and starts to lather up dishwashing detergent. She recommends this as an alternative to harmful chemical cleaners. Next, Kacie scrubs off the oven using a scourer/blade.
The professional cleaner from Melbourne also shared the cleaning products she always keeps in her kit and uses while working.
Kacie stated that she uses magic erasers cream cleansers grout cleaner, non toxic biodegradable glasses cleaners, and various cleaning brushes.

She said that she uses a Pullman vacuum or a Henry vacuum. The size and suction of the Henry vacuums are excellent. Microfibre cloths can be used for shining and polishing, and the Henry vacuums have good suction.
