Sex and the City insiders reveal that Kim Cattrall’s character was not being killed off. Instead, she is missing the series because of a disagreement with Sarah Jessica Parker’s Carrie Bradshaw character.
According to insiders, Cattrall’s return is still in the works. They hope she will reprise her role in Season 2.
