Serbian president Aleksandar Vucic has fired a shot at Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison as the Novak Djokovic deportation saga continues.

The tennis superstar could be kicked out of the country next week after he arrived in Melbourne for the upcoming Australia Open late on Wednesday night without the right visa, which was rejected by border force officials over his exemption criteria.

Djokovic will stay for the next four days He was taken into refugee custody after the Federal Court denied his request to enter the country. until Monday.

The Serbian president has leapt to the defence of Djokovic by unleashing a savage shot at Mr Morrison.

Vucic stated to reporters that Novak was the target of a political witch hunt. This is being conducted by everyone, including the Australian Prime Minister.

Djokovic also stated that some other tennis stars were permitted to visit Australia on medical exemptions. He called Djokovic’s treatment “infamous” in the correct sense.

“I am afraid that Novak’s political ambition will not end until the day they are able to prove anything. If you don’t defeat someone, then you look for these types of things.”
